Optometrist LensCrafters reviews
15There was an issue with my eyeglasses when they were ready to be picked up. The manager addressed it promptly with respect and professionalism. It was corrected immediately. 100% recommend the Erie, Pa LensCrafters.
Our experience at the Erie, PA location was the best! I just purchased glasses in store and the guy who helped us (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) was so helpful and made the process simple by putting everything through the insurance quickly! Thank you again!
After many years of satisfaction with lenscrafters, I am so disappointed with them. After being told that my prescription had changed dramatically I expected better vision with my new glasses. They seem the exact same. No difference! I think they put my same prescription back in which I've been told has been done. I've been back to them but they say they are okay & that my prescription had changed very minimal. Not what the ophthalmologist told me!
After my adult son lost his glasses in the unforgiving lake, we desperately started searching all the same day eye glass stores. It was 430pm on Sat, and most were closing 5pm-7pm. Having raised 2 boys with poor vision and glasses, I was not unfamiliar with the process or cost. We called all 3 eye glass stores that do same day thinking it was going to be a 1-2hr process. Found out there were no Drs in house, and you needed to fax a script 1 year old. Multiple calls back and forth, then told that even if they had time (and they didn't), his script was too strong for same day glasses. Desperate, we called back to Lens Crafters and got a pleasant lady who listened patiently and tried many things to help. Alas, her Drs were full. After another hold, she found a sample contact that she graciously offered us! I fought back tears thanking her. She said she would leave them for us as she was leaving. We were on our way we told her. She said her name was Faith, she was the GM. I thought how fitting of a name for an amazing lady that helped! I am a manager of a health care facility and this did NOT go unnoticed! She even waited and handed the contacts to my son personally! In today's world, this kind of compassion is not found easily! Thanks to Faith and LensCrafters who again came through for my family!
It was a not so cloudy day on the 21st day of the month of August. I stumbled into this location by a mere whim of being utterly thirsty from the prior evenings escapeds in which i had lost my bi-focals! Luckily for me i was greated by a distinguished young fellow by the name of Jacob who helped me remember all along that my most righteous of eye ware lenses was in my fanny pack all along! I recommend this location and the workers there like Jacob for any and all your keen eye needs! I bid thee farewell Lenscrafters and a good morrow to Sir Jacob!
I had a great experience and awesome service from Jacob who gave me all the information i needed to know about different lens types and overall really appreciated how friendly i was treated
The staff was awesome! Jacob assisted me with finding the right pair for me. He was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable of the products. He made the process very easy and there were no hassles. Thanks Jacob!
Hands down the best we’ve experienced when purchasing eyeglasses. Mike and Joe, the Assistant Mgr and Store Mgr respectively, were attentive, professional, understanding, cooperative, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products and our needs. In addition to these two gents, the other staff in the store managed many other customers seemingly effortlessly. The store was immaculate, well-stocked, and comfortable.
We’re moving all our optical needs, including exams, to this store. Highly recommended. Mike went above and beyond previous reps we’ve interacted with. He handled the calculations and insurance process effortlessly and accurately. Joe stopped by during our transaction to say hello and to thank us for stopping by the store and choosing LensCrafters. These two gents form a truly winning team!
You’ll not find a better, more efficient experience.
I stopped in to have my glasses adjusted and Jackson was super kind, had great customer service made me feel comfortable. He's a great asset to your company!
The sales associate who took care of me was cordial and made my sunglasses purchase a pleasant and easy experience.
I went to my local LensCrafters in Millcreek mall and i had a great time there everyone there was awesome no pressure sales and they did everything that i ask they took what i did online and made it happen and no issue i have to wait two weeks for my glasses but so what and the price i paid my wallet still love me so go there and talk to them cannot hurt.
Tommy was awesome helping me get my lenses replaced under the scratch resistance insurance. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Tommy you rock!
Joe and the crew at LenseCrafters is beyond helpful and knowledgeable, diagnosed issue with my prescription (not from LenseCrafters) in a matter of minutes and took care of getting me new correct lenses
I had an awesome experience. The staff are super helpful. Thanks to some awesome help, I was able to find what I was looking for. Shout out to Michael for being helpful & fun to talk with.
Staff was very cordial and helpful. Problem is that when I purchased my somewhat expensive Ray-Ban Sunglasses, they needed prescription lenses. They did not and would not return the original lenses and would not issue a credit for the lenses that they kept which were part of the glasses that I paid for. Now that I've had cataract surgery, I do not need any vision correction and have to shell out $120 for new non-prescription lenses.
Early attempts, after initial purchase, to contact and resolve issue with parent company were futile as they did not respond to my online communication and they can't be reached by phone.
