Jill and Susan are very knowledgeable and professional. The store was very organized and clean. All employees were wearing masks as well.

Today I took a friend that is having a bad time, in the moment we walk in a lady with short hair start looking at him, the doctor made the exam but when we ask her to show us some frames she started to make excuses. She didn't tryed to show us any kind of frames and start saying that everything was expensive and saying that the glasses would take 10 to 15 days. I was going to pay for the glasses. That lady should be ashamed. Denying a service because you think the person don't worh it. Really disappointed

Horrible experience, starting from the front desk. These people are racist and rude, if your African American save ya time and money and go to the LensCrafters at the Robinson Mall.

Walked in just to browse at frames because I have an appointment coming up. Two people were “assisting” customers but no one bothered to say “I’ll be right with you” or even acknowledge that I had entered their store. Selection wasn’t that great and I’ll probably cancel the appointment now and schedule elsewhere.

Great customer service & knowledgeable staff! Made the process for purchasing new prescription glasses & sunglasses very easy. I have also used their extended warranty replacement and experienced no issues. I will definitely be returning and would recommend.

The employees, are very nice, swift, and you don't have to wait more than a week to get your glasses. It's 100% great quality and you should definitely go there if you want designers.

Fast quality work. It only took one correction to get them to stop suggesting frames for the wrong gender, but they didn't pay attention to the gender data my partner put on the form and misgendered her several times even after that.
