Fast, and friendly service at Leonard's. The ladies here are so nice, and helpful. I will always use them for my notary needs.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. I arrived to find a sign on the door that said closed for lunch between 12: 00-2: 00. The clock on the wall said it was after 2: 00, when I went to open the second door it was locked and the woman behind the desk yelled “ you’re not f-ing coming in here “, I went back to my vehicle to wait a little while. When I returned she was at the door taking the gone to lunch signs down. When I tried opening the door, she pulled the door out of my hands and slammed it shut. When I asked her why she was being the way she was. She said because I can. It’s a shame because this is only a couple blocks from my house. But I will never go in that place again. I wish I could give this negative stars. The employee’s name by the way is Kathy!

I PERSONALLY CANNOT SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT LEONARD'S AUTO TAG SERVICE. IT IS CONVENIENT WHO LIKES WAITING IN LINE AT PENN-DOT NOONE. THE STAFF IS EDUCATED AND WILLING TO WALK YOU THROUGH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS AND THAT IS A PLUS PLUS IN MY BOOK. I GIVE LEONARD'S A 5 STAR RATING AND I THANK THEM FOR MAKING MY LIFE A LITTLE LESS STRESSFUL,

I had a great experience with Rachael on 3/2/22. She was very nice and took care of us right away. She went above and beyond today and should be recognized for it! I had went there for a notary and left important mail/documents behind. After she left worked she took her time to come find my house to return my papers to me. Literally saving me a day full of stress by doing something so thoughtless! Not many people in the world that would do such a nice thing for someone! Thank you Rachael. We appreciate you.

Walked in the door and the lady at the counter was so rude that was offended when I said “Good morning, how you doing? ” The lack of friendly and helpful customer service is ever present. As a possible new customer, I have to give this establishment a hard pass and go to the next business even if it is 20 miles away.

Had Got my Dodge Ram title transferred here was happy with the results quick, affordable, friendly and assisting. I would definitely recommend!

Very pleasant atomisph ere while having my title transferred the 2 lady's we're great especially the girl Rachel she had everything arranged ahead of time ill be back again the way those 2 women worked together like a well oiled machine

Lady at the front was very rude and miserable. Save yourself the terrible attitude and go to Northeast Title and Tag.

Felt like i got taken.period.but.
Added a new rating Aug 17 th 2021 and increased rating do to fact that I tried out another service & that didn't work & ended up to be more in fees, so guess this service is somewhat better than others.

This place was quick and efficient in helping me notarize the forms I needed. They were quick to offer help for other services they offer I was not aware of. This place is great!

Very quick registering my bike yesterday, very honest I over paid and recieved a call to come back for my money, I'd recommend Lenards to anyone

The lady and the gentleman are two very rude, unprofessional people. I left and took my business to Northeast Title and Tag, where the discourse was civil, and options and things were explained.

I would give negative stars if I could! Absolutely disrespectful and rude. How any company would let this guy manage there store is beyond me! Never again for me, my family or friends! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Workers were extremely disrespectful and rude, will never go there again. Northeast title and tag has so much better service and courtesy and it's only 14mins from this horrible "business"
