No trouble purchasing camper.

Now since we have owned our camper for a few years. We have a recall on it. We called for inspection and the service desk was supposed to order recalled part so both inspection and recall could be done together.
Went for Inspection and recall. Find out part was never ordered.

Another time we took our camper for recall. They said they would call us when done. After more the. 2+ weeks we call them only to find out it was done awhile ago.

Not happy with the service desk at all.

What mechanics have done we have not had any trouble.

We first met the sales team of Lerch RV at the RV show in Harrisburg. We knew instantly this is where we wanted to purchase our new RV. Everyone was friendly and easily answered all of our questions. We purchased our first travel trailer last week and had nothing but a great experience. We had a fantastic buying experience at Lerch. There was no pressure when we browsed and they had donuts and pizza available for customers. We bought a used trailer and they went above and beyond in the maintenance and cleaning. All the stuff we're incredibly friendly and helpful. The actual purchase of the trailer could not have gone more smoothly and they gave several complimentary gifts.

Definitely recommend Lerch to anyone looking for a camper, new or used. They made the process easy from beginning to end. We looked around the lot pressure free. Didn’t have any overbearing sales people following us around. Then Beth made the paperwork process very easy and pain free. Our camper was showed to us by Jacob who cleared up any questions or concerns we had.

Great selection of camping products, great variety of quality campers, and friendly service. Complimentary drinks for guests. They even have a few golf carts guests can use to get around the lot to check out campers. (please only use a golf cart to get around if you really need it, don't be that person who drives it for fun when older people with trouble walking really do need it)

Purchased our Alliance Paradigm from Lerch RV. The process was simple with fair pricing and no pressure from the sales department.

Updated review after working with the service department to fix 30+ warranty items. Working with the service department has been a terrible experience. We have many unreturned phone calls. There appears to be a complete lack of communication amongst those who schedule and do the service. Our RV was scheduled for service twice and sat in the lot for weeks before being serviced. We’ve had to call each time to find out the work was complete or what they attempted to fix that time. We sent a list of all the items to be serviced and did a walk through with a tech when we dropped off the RV however they claimed they didn’t know what needed repaired for many of the items on our list. It is June and we’re still waiting on items to be fixed from February. Our manufacturer just informed us they shipped the parts in May and Lerch has yet to contact us that they’ve received the parts.

We have been looking for a 5th wheel for a couple years now. We found lerch RV while searching on the web. We contacted them and spoke to Steve who was very helpful from the beginning. We drove 3 hours to lerch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Thanks Lerch RV we found the 5th wheel we've been wanting!

Update 2: Dropped off my trailer for warranty service nearly 2 weeks ago. Have called 4 times in the last week for an update. Have not been able to talk to anybody. I keep getting voicemail for service, but nobody calls back. I want to know what is happening with my RV. Had to cancel a trip at the last minute to Harper’s Ferry.

Update: All phone calls to numbers found on their website are routed to an annoying call center that is in complete disarray. Sent a service request form and was called by the call center to ask about my sales interest. Got connected to the service department and waited 25 minutes before giving up. They seem intent on avoiding customer contact. Looks like this warranty issue is mine to resolve.

Very professional experience from the staff. Steve (sales) and Beth (finance) were very attentive. Kyle was (tech) was thorough, knowledgeable and provided good tips during walk-around.

Excellent first time RV buying experience! We were able to go out and look without any pressure from the staff. They were welcoming from the time we stopped to just look till the end when we made our purchase. Walked us through the whole camper and answered all of our questions! The entire staff was so nice! And the discounts and perks of buying there are also awesome! We look forward to starting our camper adventures and will definitely continue to use Lerchs!

My husband and I started looking at new campers 2 years ago. We met with a salesman namedTroy on our 2nd visit to Lerch's. He asked what we were interested in and pointed us in that direction and said to let him know if we had any questions.
We have been to several other dealerships but nothing ever seemed to catch our eye and we always found ourselves going back to Lerch's.
We finally found a camper that fit our wants and needs and made a deal. Everyone we encountered throughout our process was great to deal with. This is the 3rd camper we have bought off of Lerch RV. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I enjoy going there to see Irma she is one awesome saleswoman and helped me with everything. Even after we bought our camper and just pop in to say hello they are still friendly not like other places that the minute they get you to buy they treat you badly. Love this place and love doing business with them!
