Staff doesn't know S! Offer ameture advice. Every time I go there I feel like I am annoying the workers. Only reason I do go here is because of the location.if people are unhappy with their jobs they should just quit and go work somewhere else.

Made a phone call to this pool supply location. Staff member was rude and they are all out of pools.

Covid has impacted their supply chain but they still had what I needed this late in the season. The employees were extremely nice and super helpful. I now have a new pool supply store.

I used Leslie's Pool Service in Whitehall to open my pool this year and what a difference that made. Vinnie and Jeff are very knowledgeable, they're good teachers and they care about their work. They did a first-class job, even correcting the serious errors that JL pools had made when they closed my pool last season. I enrolled in Leslie's Pool School and Vinnie was my teacher. I am no longer afraid of not knowing how to maintain my in-ground pool, I feel competent and confident that I know what I'm doing and I am so grateful to Vinny and Jeff and Leslies Pool Service for getting my pool ready for this season. It went from green muck to crystal clear and we love our pool again. The customer service is absolutely great, cheerful and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased so thank you Leslie's Pool Service and Vinny and Jeff, great technicians.

I needed a pump / filter and these guys/gals were able to help and give me a great idea on how to improve and prolong my summer fun. These Intex / Best way pools don't offer long lasting or good enough pumps filters. Thx for the discount as well. Very close to amazon prices with the delay or nondelivery.

Man who identified himself as the Manager on the phone was rude and condescending. Just because things are screwed up at the moment shouldn't change the need for courtesy and customer service. Corporate should stop sending out discount flyers if the store doesn't want to "bring anything In" they had no problem taking my credit card for the $400+ order.

Staff is very helpful and accomodating to even novice pool people. They offer free water analysis which is really helpful to make sure we're doing ok with chemical management, and to insure the test strips are somewhat accurate (which Leslie's have been). Chemicals, parts, pumps, toys for the pool.they have had it all for us.

23 year customer.looks like there's a new manager. Rudest, most indifferent customer service I've had anywhere in quite some time. I'm gone-just takes one time.

Always great service and they carry everything out to my van for me. Even mark my bottle when they should be added! Always very good to me.

Nothing overly special, they do free pool water testing & give you a print out of the steps and chemicals to put in. Very helpful
