Ask for Kevin he got me a bedroom for 700$ for guest room and didn’t try to sell me expensive stuff he got what worked best for my needs and was great to work with! No pressure, lots of fun to deal with! I have bought all my furniture, Mattresses, and even patio furniture from him. All high quality good pricing. Thanks Kevin!

Has taken 5 months and multiple trips and I still don't have a replacement cushion. I guess that's what it takes to have everything handmade.

Bought a sectional couch.imitation leather.only a few year old and head rest part falling apart and ripping.every head rest on it is falling apart.and starting to rip.

I bought all my furniture for my new apartment from Levin's and am very pleased with my purchase. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping my purchase my first mattress and it is the best I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. The delivery process was also fantastic. They men that helped put everything in place were very kind and did a great job. Overall just a good experience with no complaints.

Ordered a custom couch and chair. Had to go back to store and pick out different fabrics because it couldn't be made the wayvwe ordered it. Then they tried to deliver the couch without any legs. Ridiculous. We sent everything back and said deliver when it's correct. Then they brought the couch and not the chair. No we are waiting for them to bring the chair. This purchase has required 3 trips to the store and making ourselves available to accept 3 deliveries. We are busy people and this has been a real pain in the rear. They are sending me a $50 gift card to Levin for my inconvenience which is laughable considering we spent almost 2000 on the 2 items.

Middle of the road selection. They've started getting a few higher end leather pieces in, but a lot of the furniture is more low end.

Purchased couch and chair leather with warranty and all care products to clean them not even 2 years old zipper on arm broke and major wear spots on seat.
Called store corporate and repair department got no where. Very unprofessional. Will never buy there again DO NOT SHOP BTW THE ITEMS ARE SOLD TO DIFFRENT PRICES FOR SAME ITEM AND THEY negotiate with other customers an item you made buy maybe a couple hundred dollars less to someone else it's true a friend of mine work there this place sucks.

Worst place ever to shop for furniture! They care nothing about their customers. Didn’t add my phone number or email in to be contacted. I had to keep calling them even after I gave them the correct info. The delivery date kept being pushed out and the one piece that they actually delivered was damaged. They don’t even deserve one star but I had to choose it to write this review. They deserve negative 5 stars. I will NEVER shop at Levin’s again. Go to Value City Furniture where they appreciate your business and actually deliver you the furniture you bought!

The worst furniture delivery ever! The guys that deliver rip your furniture, replaced twice and still damaged when delivering when tennis shoes in the snow, pull to the top of ur drive and say they cant deliver they need to reschedule AGAIN happened two times, time frames to deliver was set from day one ALWAYS! They make up their own mind to deliver at a certain time which is convenient for them but not for the customer then they want to charge you a $50 fee if you are unable to make their time frame. Not to mention delivery guys leave the Silicon packs washers and Etc to put the sofa together all over the floor not to mention when delivering the new sofa and cushions they just give you the sofa decided to not unwrapped the cushions and leave the old cushions and take back the new cushions that were in the rap that you were supposed to get with the new sofa. And the subcontracted delivery guys wear pants that are down to their knees and wonder why they can't deliver something without ripping it. There is alot more that happen in the past with my purchases but i gave them a second chance. BUT NEVER AGAIN.my family was going to make large purchase BUT now Not from Levin.

Short: Great furniture, and good prices! Worst customer service of all time. Still waiting on correct furniture almost half a year later.

Long: Post purchase, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, in any business category. My husband and I ordered a Couch and a Sofa from this store. We really loved how it felt and the price was right for us. The only thing we didn’t love was that the couch’s back was made up of cushions, and some of the cushions were “accent” cushions. The entire couch was blue, and half of the cushions were blue. We asked if instead of accent cushions, we could get all solid blue. To our excitement, they said yes we could do that, but then it would be a special order and we would have to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery. While disappointed because we had zero furniture in our living room, we reluctantly agreed.

At the 10 week mark we called to inquire where our furniture was. We were told the time frame was actually 10-12 weeks (really, 3 months to change two pillows that weren’t attached to the couch?) We waited, and a week later were contacted to set up a delivery time.

Delivery day comes, and we were dumb founded to see that our “special order” couch and sofa we waited nearly 3 months for was the exact couch design from the floor model, accent cushions and all. We immediately called to ask about our other cushions. They said it was the manufacturers fault and we would have to wait for the new cushions to come in. We asked for a time frame and they said “about the same it took for the couch to come in. ”

That was in January.it is going on April, and we PAID for them in NOVEMBER. It will be approaching 5 months and we still don’t have the correct furniture we paid for. At the 6th month mark we will be contacting our credit card company for a full charge back, and contacting Levin to come pick up the wrong product that we didn’t want.

All in all, it’s a shame. When we moved to Pennsylvania everyone told us that Levin had quality furniture, and encouraged us to go. Again, we loved the prices and the quality, but at this point the customer service is reaching a point of ridiculousness that it is almost comical.

We had a few kinks in our experience due to extenuating circumstances. Everyone at this store did what they needed to do to make things right. Can't beat great service!

New cushions/replacements took forever to be received, had to pick them up in-store. Quality of furniture (mid-range), mainly in fabrics, left much to be desired. Couch cushions started to break along the seams within the first year, which wasn't covered under warranty. IMO my money could have been better spent somewhere else, even if it costs a little more to do so. Would not recommend.

Salesperson was very personable and nice. However took over 2 months for order to be completed and delivered. Once furniture arrived it was good quality but had no idea it would take over 60 days for the order to be completed and was not told up front this would be the case. Was led to believe the order would be delivered within 2 weeks.

A lot to choose from a bit pricy though. Need more affordable furniture.but can get a good deal here or there if you look.
