Aaron was so helpful. He really listened to what I wanted and helped me find it exactly. He knows his products and really leads his customers to the right line of furniture. It's perfect, exactly what I wanted, and the fabric choices are gorgeous!

As usual Levin gave us great service. Chuck was an excellent salesman, showing us a lot of what we looking for. When I picked up the piece that we bought, John in the storage area was very careful with it. We look elsewhere but we end up buying at Levin!

I had a great experience picking out a sofa, chair, and ottoman. There were so many options and I was able to pick out and custom order everything down to the pillows. Tina Cooper was very helpful through the process and gave us plenty of time to wander on our own, but was right there when we had questions. It was a fun afternoon and I can't wait to get my custom sofa and chair.

Really nice sales man and lots of choices. But let me tell you what free shipping is as opposed to free delivery I thought they were the same nope. Free shipping they don’t take it into house right ok when you’re in your 70s that doesn’t work so that was rediculous to offer

Samdy McAteer was awesome. Very professional and friendly. She was also very knowledgeable about the products Did not feel pressured to buy anything. The furniture displays were very nicely done. The store was very clean and in order. Will recommend this store in monroeville and Sandy to others, Thank you for a pleasurable buying experience!

Outstanding sales help from Kristine. Very helpful and patient with me as I tried to decide what I wanted. No pushy sales tactics. You can never go wrong shopping at Levins. Nice selection of current furniture trends and mattresses. Sales are always appreciated and financing is very reasonable. Levin's is highly recommended.

My experience with the Monroeville Levin location is and continues to be one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

Our couch was delivered two weeks ago and upon delivery the movers noticed a small one inch tear in the recliner. They called the corporate office and they were instructed to take the recliner back to the warehouse for repairs. Now bear in mind this tear is a tiny minuscule tear about 1" in length. It seemed bizarre to me that they would do this but I was told they had to do it because it was a special order.

I was told that I would receive a confirmation email and a follow up call with the repair schedule. I received neither. After a week of no communication I reached out to my salesperson who seemingly had no idea what was going on with the status of our couch. I was told that she would get back to me the next day. She never did. Two days later, I received a message from her that the recliner is in. I attempted to reach out to schedule a delivery and I didn't hear back for two days. Finally, I get a call back from her and she asks me if anyone reached out to me about the recliner. I said yes, you told me it was in! She seemed puzzled and says that she'll have to look into it again and will get back to me.

Finally, this morning I got a message from customer service informing me that this was the first time they were hearing about this issue. They informed me that it will take an additional SIX WEEKS for fabric to come in so that they can repair my recliner. They are entirely unapologetic throughout the process and it feels like "business as usual" to treat customers this way. There is simply no communication between the store, the warehouse or the manufacturer. They will all give you different answers.

I had been warned by other people about Levin but never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be this much of a headache. At this point it will be miraculous if we get the rest of our couch without more issues.

I was waited on immediately. The sales rep answered all my questions. The only thing I would have liked is free delivery. The sales rep said the company would not allow free delivery but gave me a small discount. I know I could have gone to Bob's and been given what I wanted but my loyalty to Levins and the small gesture by the sales rep made me satisfied enough to purchase the furniture. Levins over all the years (35) has always made things right and I consider the company reputable.

What an exceptional experience from beginning to end! I had the pleasure of dealing with Charles Christner. Not only did he show me samples of leather sofas in store, he also texted me images of other options throughout the day. My sofas (and) coffee table were delivered with care today. This is my second experience with Levin Furniture, and I will certainly do business with them again in the future. Also- please remember to tip your delivery men; they work hard!

Elaine C.was very welcoming from the moment we walked in the door! She was extremely helpful and was able to help my daughter furnish her new apartment with furniture that fit her budget. Will definitely be back when I’m ready to update my furniture! And will be contacting Elaine when I’m ready to do so!

Chuck Christner welcomed me when I came into the store. I let him know I wanted to browse to look at items 60% off as indicated in commercial (very misleading as always)
Chuck never pushed, let me walk around.after 10 minutes or so he approached me asked if I had questions. He was very nice, not pushy, informative. In the end I only wanted to purchase 2 couches but he said I could take photos of items I was interested in to save for a later purchase buy i went ahead and purchased 4 items. Chuck was awesome!

Met with Chuck at the Monroeville location for a new mattress. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with exploring my sleeping needs. I have sleep apnea and his recommendation of an adjustable platform was exactly what I needed. Being delivered this Tuesday.

We worked with Kat to order a custom sofa. Our older house had some unique challenges in the layout that we had to work around. Kat created a detailed floorplan/mock up that showed the first couch we picked out was just a hair too big. She helped us reselect and gave insightful tips and feedback about each specification we picked for the sofa. We left the store totally confident in our selection, happy with the price we paid, and excited for the custom sectional to arrive in a few weeks.

The saleman was very helpful with explaining the different comfort and styles mattress that fit us best. The holiday discount were very helpful to get us under budget. You can not go wrong with levin.

Was an excellant experience. We received excellant customer service from Kris at the monroeville store, but there was no pressure, but she helped when we had a question. Needless to say we made our living room purchase.

I had the greatest experience dealing directly with Aaron S. Initially, I contacted the store and needed to speak with a sales associate. Aaron answered was very polite and went above and beyond, to locate the merchandise that was in question. Immediately thereafter, went to the store and made the purchase.
Aaron, was extremely diligent, knowledgeable and patient regarding the various pieces of merchandise. Most importantly, his energy set the tone to make the ultimate decision of my purchase. He exemplified great customer service and very attentative to my needs. Thanks Aaron, there needs to be more sales reps like you as customer service goes a long way in today's society!
