I like my doctor's office a lot. However I have been on hold for about 25 minutes now and it keeps happening again and again where I go on hold.

This used to be a good practice until it was purchased by Lancaster General Health. You are no longer a patient but a number. The doctors no longer work to help you they work to move as many through in as short a period of time as possible.

I have gout, there are two medications that can be used to treat it, one is older and cheap and one is newer and more expensive. I was on the older cheap one for a period of time. It seemed to make my gout worse and worse. So basically it did not work. I stopped going to this practice and found another doctor that would listen to me and he switched me to the more expensive drug. He fought with the insurance company to explain to them that the cheap drug did not work. Unfortunately that doctor retired so I went back. Things were good until I had to switch insurance companies. Again, the new insurance company is pushing back against the high priced drug. However, instead of my doctor helping me with the insurance company all I get is the 'oh well' you will have to use the cheap drug. I get a statement of 'I have hundreds of other patients on this drug and it works for them'. Well guess what, it does not work for me.

All this group wants is your money and to move you through as fast as possible. If you are looking for a new doctor that will fight the insurance company to heal your pains and listen to you. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!

Up until recently I thought Lititz Family was great! But apparently things have changed. I'm completely fed up with them. The past 4 times I've been there, I've had to wait for atleast 45 mins after my scheduled appointment. Some of the nursing staff is friendly but I've also met some incompetent ones as well. I've had terrible recent visits with them, enough for me to no longer be a patient there.

By far one of the best doctor offices I have ever gone to. Friendly and caring staff, they get to everyone very quickly. Dr. Russo and Dr. Anderson are incredible doctors. I would highly recommend them.

Nice practice but sometimes when I call I feel like Im being RUSHED to get off the phone. But the Doctors and the Nursing Staff seem nice.

Love the providers at Lititz Family. Just recently my newborn spiked a fever over night and I called in to the doctor on call. They transferred me right over to speak with him, I didn't even have to wait for him to call me back. The best part? They called ME the next morning 3 minutes after opening (which was a Saturday) to make sure that they got her an appointment. That situation alone speaks a lot about how amazing this office is!
