They told me if I wasn’t feeling better after the medicine to come back, when I did they said they can’t accept my insurance and said to find a different PCP. It was very weird of them to not being that up the first appointment. Been going here since a kid and all of a sudden they say they can’t take me anymore instead of helping me figure out the insurance issue.

I just switched doctor’s offices after bad experiences at my previous one. What a difference! Everyone from the receptionists, the nurses, and my nurse practitioner Jaenene were all so personable and attentive to my medical needs. They answered all of my questions and explained everything in a simple manner. Being able to complete my ordered lab tests down the hall was so convenient. Thank you for a great experience and for the work of the caring staff!

It was a great place to go before Covid! Now they act differently and politics has taken over.

I went to the walk-up lab and Gina and the team there was awesome. Friendly, prompt, and patient as they walked me through their COVID policy. People are what make a facility and the team here is GREAT!

Lady that checks you in at the front door is extremely rude and belittled me because I lost forgot the time of my appointment. I lost a few hours of work because I thought my appointment was at 915 but instead was at 700am. I got numerous text for two different appointments one for 915am and one for 7am. I forgot my appointment for physical therapy yesterday and that office called me and told me I forgot it and said I had an appointment at 915am with pen medicine health. I went to east Petersburg and would get an email, lgh chart update, and a phone call but got no of that. I spoke to the boss which she was cool but at this point the two girls in there were bickering when I was trying to talk to the boss and at this point I was really upset about it. Clearly I didnt miss my appointment on purpose because I showed up at the time I thought it was. The boss lady said they called me but the only person to call me from that office was the physical therapist. I'm not a lair and I'm extremely unhappy because I lost money because of the sloppiness in the office. I work 10 hours a day Monday through Friday and this is the second time this week I missed hours due to miscommunication. Something needs to be done.

It's never crowded and on any given day you can be in and out as fast as possible to get on with the rest of your day

Dr. Chakrabarti is great! The staff is pleasant and courteous and they have a sense of humor. Highly recommended.
