Liberty Bell reviews
14 Super happy to have been able to visit this place.
There were a lot of people, but it was very respectful. We didn't step on each other's toes, and we were able to take "tourist photos" in peace, which is very good!
Our visit to Philadelphia was in January and winter. The weather was expected to be cold and the museum offered a nice place to warm up for our adventure to visit the historical artifact. Staff was friendly, you do go through security so be prepared to accommodate the security team. It was a nice display of history and easy access for all. Free Admission.
One of the most famous bells in the world, and certainly the most famous in the United States, the Liberty Bell is located on Independence Mall, just north of Independence Hall. To enter the Liberty Bell Center may take, on average, 20 minutes. The Bell can be seen from outside. One of the most significant symbols of freedom, a must see.
Entry is free. There is airport-like security at the entrance so be prepared before going.
Wow, just wow, it was my first time at a furry convention, I just happened to stumble near this place at a hard time in my life. Somebody saw me looking all blue and decided to give me a hug. I thought I’d was weird at first, but I really needed it. Whoever that was I just wanna say that you really made my day. I decided to join in the next day at the con and I’m starting to warm up to these people that I once saw as weird freaks with a weird kink. But after that short time in Pittsburg I relished that people take comfort in this hobby as much as I do with Wehrmacht and Waffen SS re-enacting. Oh really changed my life, I wouldn’t say I’m a furry, but I’m sure I will not bully anything or anyone I don’t understand, it’s the classic „treat others how you want to be treated“ type thing. And I appreciate it, thank you, thank everyone, and that God we live in one of the best times in history, but be weary, it will not last much longer. See you 2025

Broken, damaged, worn, yet it's beauty and integrity still intact
If you were born, raised here, or just a visiting fan or history buff, it's a must! Definitely worth a visit and checking it off the list. Esp considering all the fairly cheap and FREE attractions and museums in and around the area
Visit the iconic symbol of freedom at no cost. Independence Mall is home to the renowned Liberty Bell. You can view the bell's back without waiting in line. Note: Expect airport-style security for tours around Independence Mall.
It used to be on a tower I think. It's less cool displayed on the floor.
Airport like security to get in.
To visit this museum whose main attraction is the Liberty Bell, I suggest first learning a little about American history and the importance of that place. The museum is small and it's cool to see this symbol of America's freedom. It won't take up much of your time either. The region is beautiful, worth walking around. There is a covered public parking lot nearby (paid), but entry to the museum is free.
Let freedom ring! Such a wonderful landmark in the city of Philadelphia. Had a friend in town and glad I got to show them our beautiful bell.
To get an easy access without waiting in line you have to come early in the morning right after they open.
It was ok. I love history and all but not super exciting to see in person. Just seeing pictures of it is fine if your anything like me.
Went by the close of the day but still got great pictures. You gotta go through security. It's the norm.
Excellent American History to explore for FREE.
The ranger was very helpful! She was full of knowledge and took her time to address all of your queries.
Definitely a must stop if you are in Philly. Within walking distance, you can visit the Independence Hall, Congress building, and George Washington’s old home.
