Just worked with Austin on a project for a lead inspection for the Lancaster City Lead Safe Ordinance and was most impressed with the quality of his work. The unit was in great condition, he had impeccable communication with us during the process and he is a pleasure to work with.

Austin takes care of his clients. He makes sure that the tenants pay, he takes care of any issues that arise at the property and above all else you don’t have to deal with any of the headache! If you want a dependable property management company use this one!
