Park Liberty Lands reviews
7Largest park in Philadelphia that is community owned! Great for kids, dogs, etc. There are two playgrounds (one for little kids and one for older). Plenty of room for dogs to hang out and picnics. Dogs must be kept on a leash- there’s a dog park across the street. There’s a few benches and a stage where people sit.
Family-friendly community owned private park in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia, PA, is the best place to take the grandchildren. Safe, lots of families and fun schedule of activities. UPDATE OCTOBER 2021, the 2nd Annual Halloween event was held on Halloween Day this yay. A great event for families with pre-schoolers and elementary school aged kids.
It was a beautiful outing today. The community representation was very welcoming and enjoyable. We will definitely come back to play in the park. Thank you for having the trick or treating at the park.
Nice clean park with multiple areas for gatherings. The tables are spaced far enough apart that you're not on top of the other parties. As is the case anywhere in Northern Liberties, parking is horrible, so it can't get 5 stars. I normally wouldn't base parking on the park's rating, but when you have a family and you need to drive around for 20 min, it's hard for that to not be a factor.
What a lovely garden/playground/ picnic area/Green space. My grandchildren love it there and now, so do we. Love the veggie gardens. Go Philly!
Perfect neighborhood-run park to have nearby. The community does a good job of maintaining it. Playground, picnic tables, garbage cans and a communal garden along with a good amount of open space all packed into this park.
