I first got my taxes done by liberty tax in red lion in 2021 by Nicole and she was amazing, in 22 i had to go somewhere else due to college & deeply regret it cause I came back this year in 2023 and got my taxes filed by Stephanie, she was so kind and explained everything perfectly. She is amazing to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. I was a walk in and she worked with me and another couple so efficiently and effectively. I would not want to get my taxes done anywhere else or with anyone else! Love these people!

Was great. Staff was fantastic and very helpfull got way more back then i was expecting to get they did a great job and Arlene Caruso needs a raise she did a amazing job

Acceptable but not impressed I did complete my forms completed. But was satisfied with the service that I got from the tax prepare that she was rude did not focus on my forms what's all over the place she needs to work on her customer service

I have been coming here for probably a decade now. I have never had one single problem. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

This office is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. After making an appointment, I was called to reschedule and when I asked why the gentleman asked if I "was living under a rock" that they were rescheduling due to the weather, it was raining. Then they called to reschedule and told me I could drop them off and return with my husband for him to sign "real quick. ". We returned two days later at our scheduled time and the office was double booked and real quick, turned into 1.5 hours. The lady that was finalizing our information had difficulty with the computer, the printer was difficult for her to use and she reviewed the returns like they were written in a forgein language. Our fees also increased from $299 last year to $500 this year with fewer forms and only one state income tax versus two from the previous year. The lady that was doing our taxes was also taking pictures with her phone of the computer screen with our information on it. We will not becoming back in the future and I would encourage anyone else to make an appointment with H&R Block.

Very upfront and proffesional. Also the people are very knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra effort.

I won't go again it was not just for me but also my daughter I still haven't got the fifty dollars from them yet

There was only one lady there to do taxes, answer the phone, and help walk ins. She continually lost her place, got information wrong, and got distracted by her phone. She insisted on making photocopies of every single deduction item, including my minor daughter's social security card! After all the mishaps, she missed my union dues, which are tax deductible. I honestly think this was her first year doing taxes. She should not have been left alone. After all of that, Liberty tried to charge us $457.00! That more than double what I paid last year and the year before and nothing had changed with our taxes. All the same deductions! NEVER AGAIN, LIBERTY TAX!

This location has really turned around! Now corporate owned, nice to know corporate makes sure everything is run smoothly and properly!
