Alex is the best! I have used his expertise to book my last two trips, and he truly is great. He takes the time to listen to exactly what you want, and works diligently to provide that to you. I changed my mind several times on destination, resort, etc and he had the patience of a saint to continue to find what was best for me. Yes this is his job, but it’s more than that to him. He honestly wants to make the trip best for you. I’ve now used Liberty Travel to book four trips, and I refuse to work with any other travel agent except Alex. If you’re even slightly considering booking any type of trip, absolutely speak with him. I’m not joking when I say he is the best from the beginning to the end.

It's always a great experience with Liberty travel. It's so easy for me because I don't have patience online to plan a trip and look through all the options. I go in at Liberty travel I tell them when I want to go and come back and within 5-10 minutes she has the best option for me and I pay for my ticket right there and it's easy.and the one time I was unable to come back because Philadelphia airport was snowbound I called them up and it was handled within 15 minutes. Liberty travel is my go-to place when I plan a trip hands down

Why deal with a mess when you can deal with Steph? If I could give more stars, I would! We have used Steph for many years and have enjoyed many great vacations, thanks to her!

Contacted a specific agent at Liberty Travel in Exton based on a friend's recommendation. After a couple calls to discuss the trip we were looking to plan, the agent never called back with any quotes or info or anything. Left multiple messages over a four week period. She basically ghosted us.

Rose and Ryan were extremely helpful in booking and helping us with travel problems for our honeymoon. They gave us multiple options for destinations and specific resorts within our budget and did not push anything on us.

On our way to our honeymoon my wife and I had multiple flight cancellations which resulted in us missing our connecting flight to our honeymoon destination. Rose and Ryan helped us the whole way and made sure we were able to book new flights and get to our destination with as little time missed as possible.

Because of the missed connecting flight we missed a day at the resort. Rose was able to talk with our resort and gave us the option of adding that day onto the end of our trip or getting a refund for that day.

I could not recommend using Liberty Travel enough, they exceeded our expectations.

Rose Germano has been AMAZING to work with! Someone I knew had referenced me to Rose when I was looking for a travel agent. We started planning our honeymoon last year and then with COVID we had to push it. We had decided to choose Mexico but then later realized we wanted to change to Punta Cana. We hadn't paid for anything except the deposit so Rose transferred the deposit over to the resort we wanted in Punta Cana. When I tell you this woman is patient, she is PATIENT! Rose never once appeared annoyed (even though I would have been ha ha!) with the multiple changes we had to make. She was always understanding of our budget and never once made us feel pressured. We will be recommending this Liberty Travel & Rose forever and will be using her for all our trips (Sorry Rose LOL!)

Haven't traveled for three years, so I was out of practice. My family and I had used Liberty Travel for years, so we returned. Julie was amazing! She has been there for over 20 years and very knowledgeable. Despite the high prices, she worked hard at getting us the best price for Charleston. We were very pleased!

I've done 2 vacations through this agency in the pass and they were great but just recently I've tried to plan another trip/vacation and they have been giving me the run around. I've spoken to 2 different advocates from this company and no return call nor not one email in which the promised in 2 business days. If they're unable to help in planning trips or vacations let us know instead of giving people the run around. It is rude and bad business.

It's great to get back to Vacationing again, but you can't just walk in. You have to call for an appointment and keep your planning to 1 hour (I think). Other than that - It's Great!

My son and a friend made a reservation for inside dining, somehow I didn't realize that there was only outdoor dining. The bartender was so inviting and let us know, that we couldn't eat inside. We ordered burgers to go. The best burger I've had in a very long time. I can't wait to go back, to sit indoors.

If you want to be robbed then go see them! Worst experience of my life! We purchased insurance on our 7 day dream trip to Italy with my sister and niece. They canceled our trip due to Covid 19. Refusing to reimburse our money. I now have no choice but to seek legal counsel as I refuse to be robbed by them!
