15Free tater tots, solid food and drink, and a nice gimmick where they have specials from a new state each week
This place has been in existence for several years, but I finally made it here in Nov 2022 with some urging from my wife. I was here at 8: 00 pm on a Thursday night. The place was about half full at that time, but as the night progressed it got busier. One of my pet peeves living in this area is that people go to bed around 10: 00 pm, so it was delightful to be in a place that gets busier as the night progresses.
The selection of beers on tap was good. One unique mark of this place is that they chill their glasses in the freezer. I absolutely loved the beer that was served in “frozen” glasses! Didn’t realize it makes that much of a difference, but it does.
The food was all delicious and fresh and came out very quickly from the kitchen. The service was courteous and attentive.
One final plus: I’m able to play my preferred music through their juke box from my Touch Tunes app.
We like the bar atmosphere. Always lively and they have Chimay! The flatbread was very good.
Our first time today will definitely NOT be our last! My fiancé and I tried this place after car-shopping down the road, and we are so glad we stumbled upon it! The atmosphere was chill and welcoming, our server was fantastic, the nachos were great… I have ZERO complaints!
Nice friendly place. This time it wasn't crowded but last time I couldn't get a seat.
Great vibes, delicious food and friendly service. What else do you need in a neighborhood bar? !
Came during a busy time so it was understandable to be put on a wait. Once at the table had to wait a while for apps to come out only for them and our entrees to come out at the same time. Apps were cold, garlic parmesan wings lacked the garlic just had the cheese. Fish tacos were over cooked and avocados inside were old. Rice lacked flavor and corn relish was sour from the peppers inside going bad. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Only plus was our friendly waitress.
I called to make a reservation for eight people to celebrate my son's birthday and ask about bringing his favorite ice cream cake. Changed our plans when I was told they charge $17 if you bring your own cake!
The girls were very welcoming when we arrived. We were seated right away. We ordered an appetizer. When it was delivered we had to ask for silverware. There were no appetizer plates on the table and we were not offered one. Food was good. Haven't been there for awhile and it may be awhile before we go back.
Food was ok. I felt rushed, as son as I got my appetizer my dinner came out and had no place to put my food. The server brought us our check and never asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert. We actually had to tell him we needed another meal to go and that didn’t even hint maybe he should ask if there was anything else before another check.
Great food and atmosphere! Love the bands that perform here. The only thing I’ve been disappointed about lately is the servers. They seem like they are always rushing to get done their shift.
I used to like going here for lunches. Looks like they have closed for lunches or closed completely. No one answered the phone and voicemail is full. Sad.
We've been wanting to try this place since we moved here a year ago and finally did tonight. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls, Jucy Lucy burger, Bleu shroom burger, and the Mac and cheese. Sadly, we were underwhelmed. The egg rolls were decent, but didn't have much meat in them. The sauce they were served with was pretty flavorless and didn't add anything to the dish. However, they were fried perfectly and had a really nice crunch. We ordered the shroom burger medium rare, but it was well done and dry. Aside from that, the flavor was good. The Jucy Lucy was a bit dry as well, and the burger itself didn't have much flavor, but the bacon jam on top was amazing! We got pub fries as the side, nothing special about them but not bad either. The mac and cheese could've been great but lacked seasoning and the onions weren't caramelized. It was nice and creamy and made with cavatappi which is my favorite pasta for mac and cheese. The veggies that came with the Mac were delicious and I wish I had more of them. Would go back if friends wanted to meet here, but I wouldn't go out of my way otherwise.
Good pub food, good atmosphere, a fun quizzo night (accidentally), and fast service. I couldn't ask for more from a late dinner when I was out and about all day.
