Life Maid Easy, Philadelphia PA

This was a standard cleaning but this was better than any deep or standard cleanings we’ve had. Very thorough. They are responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Definitely more expensive than others but I’m so happy with the service and communication!

I've never used a professional cleaning service but was feeling overwhelmed by the clutter and dirt that had built up over the pandemic. Ashlee at Life Maid Easy was friendly, responsive, and quickly helped me book a deep clean. My cleaning technician, Chad, arrived within the estimated time frame, was polite and very thorough. My home feels like home again (and less like an albatross). I recommend Life Maid Easy if you're in the Philly area!

Life Maid Easy really does make it easy! We've used them for both a deep cleaning and a regular maintenance cleaning, and both times our house looked beautiful afterwards. Rachel was especially incredible-she got grime off of our sink that I thought would be there forever! It's clear that the LME team takes pride in their work, and I love that the company is woman-owned and committed to providing their people with comprehensive training and benefits. Highly recommend!

I've gotten the deep cleaning and I had to tell them what to vacuum and not only that they didn't even do my hallway or my dining room they charge u extra for the stove and they only cleaned the outside they was horrible never again and it was 2 of them that cost me $488 I could have kept my money

What a great experience from start to finish! I completed the booking request on their website and within an hour I received a response. Ashle was wonderful to work with during the booking process and our appointment for a Deluxe Deep Cleaning was scheduled the next week. Now to the cleaning.we have a 200 lb St. Bernard, aka 'House Cow' and just about 3000 square feet of house. Our house was a wreck. (Notice I said was!) Hair everywhere, slobber, you name it. Our fearless cleaner, Hader, arrived promptly at 8: 00 AM and didn't leave until just before 6: 00 PM. She was a warrior! Professional, no judgement, no complaints. She just worked and worked and worked - scrubbing, vacuuming, never stopping! Her supervisor arrived mid day to check in and I thought for sure, Hader must have called her and said 'get me out of here! ' But nope. Just a check in and off she went, leaving Hader to work her magic. Hader is a superhero. And we are going to bring her back every two weeks, if she'll accept. Thank you Life Maid Easy - exceptional people and service all around!

100% would recommend! I called Life Maid Easy to schedule a deep cleaning of my apartment after being disappointed by a recent “deep clean” from another business. I worked with Ashe over the phone and Rachel who came and cleaned my apartment— both absolute pleasures. I picked Life Maid Easy because of the content on their website and social media seeming to really have the eye for detail that I was looking for… and they definitely followed through from the very first conversation to the end result. Most excellent cleaning service. They came on time and were ready to hit the ground running. I moved into a new apt.and they made it even cleaner than I thought could be done. WOW! Rachel & Iryna were polite and professional. They even completed the job quicker than I expected.

I am so happy with my service from Life Maid Easy. I was able to schedule a deep cleaning within the week with Jeremy and Amena. They were so thorough and kind. We had really let our apartment fall behind and they were so sweet about the clutter I wasn’t able to hide away lol. It felt like a weight off my shoulders walking around a clean apartment. The deluxe deep clean is definitely a little pricy, but they did such a wonderful job it was definitely worth it.

Jeremy came right in and went right to work. He was very thorough. He spent around 2 hours doing a maintenance cleaning. Exceptional.

This is the best cleaning service I've every used. I've hired quite a few different cleaning companies in an effort to find a someone that's both reasonably priced and offers outstanding service but was never sucessful until I began to use Life Maid Easy. The cleaner showed up on time, was extremely polite and respectful while she worked around the house and she did a very thorough job. I am very impressed and I'm looking forward to my next cleaning!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We used their services 4 times and the quality of the cleanings got worse each time. They missed significant parts of the home, including cleaning the kitchen sink and vacuuming the carpet in our bedroom (two rooms I asked them to specifically focus on). My husband also overheard some of their training process - the experienced cleaner told the new cleaner that they do not move even small, decorative items around to clean underneath them.that's not cleaning. They also could not keep straight the instructions for how to get into my house, which caused quite a few headaches while I was at work (it's a simple smart lock). They did offer to come back out and do a free cleaning after I voiced my complaints, but at that point I had already decided to hire a different company. Overall it was way too expensive for poor quality cleaning, and I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Life Maid Easy was responsive, communicative and professional. Their use of technology facilitated both scheduling and payment as well as monitoring an ETA on the day of.
The standard of clean for our house was incredible and we're now going to start using them on a recurring basis.
