Very nice facility, super clean and easy to get in and out, ample parking out front and not a bad neighborhood.

For icing on the cake, the manager here is great as well!

This is a fantastic storage location.

The property manager is a great guy, very kind, cares deeply about providing an outstanding service to you to store your personal belongings.

The units are very clean, mold-free, no rats, and well kept.

I definitely recommend this place for those looking for a short- or long-term storage solution.

In the year that I have rented a space from this location, the staff are courteous and very respectful and helpful. They had a guy by the name of Tony working as a fill in the day I upgraded my storage. Poor guy was going through some heck in his personal life and keeping a brave face at work. I’d only learned of it all through conversing with him. I hope things are getting better for you bud! You’ve got a good head on your shoulders! Keep up the good work!

This is my first time using a storage facility and my experience from start to finish has exceeded my expectation. With initially calling customer, who were very friendly and helpful, then Tony following up after I made a reservation, to my amazing experience at the Life Storage facility with Jim. Jim was such a pleasure to work with. He is an excellent site manager. He explained everything step by step and was very patience with my many questions. The facility is very nice, clean, and secure. They also provide a Life Storage truck you can use. I am so happy I choose Life Storage out of the many options in the area.:)

So my experience was amazingly easy compared to the worst experience I had with uhaul just the week prior. I want to share my story because James from Life Storage never knew me before the day I came in and treated me like family from day one. I had a bad experience with a uhaul rental on broad in Lansdale where they sell party rentals and just to make it short, never rent from uhaul where they have you sign a contract that says you can't sue them in court no matter what they do to you. Soo glad I listened to my family members who use Life Storage. I called like two days before I needed them and they were very easy to book online, over the phone and in person. All 3 I used for communication with Life Storage and all 3 times I got the best customer service. They walked me through what storage size was best for my needs and when I wanted to chose the one that was the best price they didn't try to talk me into a higher rate. The gentleman over the phone booked me right away and said I can pay either online or at the Storage unit itself since James is an onsite manager there 24/7, which I thought was great and rare. So the day before, I checked to see if my storage was in fact ready and booked, and it was just as promised with no credit card needed and I got the free month as well, even when the rep booked me over the phone. Now the day of was a Sunday and they were open until 4pm and James was the friendliest, easiest, most understanding customer service rep I ever worked with. He never knew my problems at all but allowed me to get the truck with no issues, no upfront pay, which for me was a blessing (they give you free use of it I might add with 20 free miles when you get a storage there. Wow a 14ft truck FREE + Free 1st Month, So Awesome!) He never gave me any problems, never questioned me once about anything. I signed 2 forms that were 1 page each and they were real copies that I received in my hand and not online. He allowed me to use my own lock that one of my family members had from a prior rental here. I can't say enough about this so easy to book storage facility, that mind you is so clean, quiet, easy to access and plenty of space. James is very helpful, patient and considerate. And Toni was also very kind, helpful and considerate with all my needs as well and I wish uhaul could get a lesson from them both and Life Storage itself. The name says it all.
So glad my Mom, sister and brother chose them, now I am part of the Life storage family and I'm happy to say I'm so relieved to be a lifer!
P. S. I couldn't believe uhaul only has 2 stars after all these years they've been in business, but after what I experienced I know now to never choose them, and now I never have to. Thank you Life Storage # 924. Thank GOD for allowing me to chose you guys!

Jim helped me and my friend find a storage unit and a moving truck within the last 20min of him shutting down shop. No haggling because his prices are fair, and his facility is very secure. Thanks Jim

Used to have a storage unit there, I had been in there for the 2 times that that location changed names & ownership. When I went to move out there was a spot on the floor that was there when I moved in and the manager was rude and disrespectful when I went to move out. And asked me if I had something to clean off the spot that was on the floor. Total disrespect and terrible customer service at the end.

Moving is never easy although peace of mind comes in knowing your valuables are safe in a good climate, rodent free, indoor secure space; until they once again are home safe with you I felt extremely confident & happy with Life Storage in Hatfield & Jim's professional qenuine kindness was truly a bonus!

Clean, secure and the management is terrific. I have used storage facilities in the past, Life Storage is head and shoulders above the others!

Jim the manager is awesome. Always accommodating and responsive. The facility is clean and secure and I never feel worried about being there alone or the belongings being stored there. Very happy with my choice!

I have to say I looked around at other storage places. The manager Jim was the frindluest.very helpful. They have a regular routine of cleaning the entire facility. The climate vontrolex units are kept at a very comfortable temp. Very good system. I have no problem recommending this facility

Customer support are very helpful and extremely friendly. They provided all of the information I needed to secure a unit. Renting a unit online was very easy. Access to the unit was also easy and the unit itself was clean.

My cousin passed away unexpectedly and had a storage bin at Life Storage. The store manager Jim has been amazing. He continuously extends his condolences and has been very accommodating. I would recommend Life Storage to family and friends.

We had a great experience at the Hatfield Life Storage. The facility is clean, safe, and spacious. We needed 3 storage units.they had various sizes of units to fit our items. The workers were kind, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend storing items here! Also, this site has a truck to use when moving in and out, super convenient and way cheaper than other moving trucks in the area.

Great staff and prices they even have climate controlled indoor units which I have never seen anywhere else
