These two guys here are absolutely wonderful! Rick got me in my storage even tho I was calling at the very last second of the day he saved my life saved all my stuff from getting thrown away by make sure I got the unit even after such a long day! Then while I have had the unit every time I come in it’s nothing but smiles and waves! And now that I got an apartment they are making my move out so easy! It was overall a five star out of this world experience with life storage. My family thanks you Rick for staying late an dealing with my move In!

David was helpful with all my questions and made the process very easy to do. I would point anyone who was in need of a storage unit to talk with him.

I used Life Storage during the quarantine of 2020. I was transitioning houses but then COVID. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was almost like keeping my stuff at my grandparents house. Facility is open to users 24/7. You just need your code and your key. I have now entered into my new home and vacated my space. Closing my storage space was a breeze. I just walked in told them I was moving out and they closed it right on the spot. They even congratulated me and was happy to have me go. Cant say enough good things. I would recommend Life Storage to anyone in the area of Mechanicsburg or farther if you dont mind the drive. This place was great

Rick Hensel was very helpful with me getting my daughter’s belongings from storage since so that I can transport them to Messiah University. I drove 5 hours from out of state to arrive at the storage facility so I was a bit tired. As we approached the gate to enter the storage area, I had problems entering the code to open the gate. Rick came out of the office and approached my vehicle with a smile and stood there while I entered the code and he patiently waited until I was successful in my several attempts.

During my daughter’s last semester we had a problem with a previous storage facility so I switched to this location. I am so thankful I made the change because the staff (Rick Hansel) is always helpful and friendly. Through our conversations I found out that Rick and I have a mutual vacation area - CAPE MAY, NJ.

I have used Life Storage for several years. The service is outstanding in every respect. The facility is clean, safe and secure. I especially appreciate the 24-hour access to my climate controlled unit. The customer service standards of the staff leave nothing to be desired. Life Storage is clearly a 5-Star operation. So happy I found this place!

Tha staff was very helpful in the moving in & moving out process. I had 2 units an inside 5×10 & a parking spot in the back. I have NO complaints & would use & recommend this place for anyone's storage needs.

Exceptionally clean, looks brand new. Great friendly staff familiar with the area. Site was pretty quiet walked me thru putting in my code for the 1st time. Let me go and inspect the unit b4 purchase. Couldnt been better experience.

Rented a rear lot from them, the price seemed competitive and they were polite and easy to get setup with, about 15 minutes. Paying online was convenient. When it came time to cancel I called the office, and they sent me a digital cancellation form right to my inbox that I signed in a web browser. Super sweet. I plan on renting from them again if the need arises.
