They have the best customer service. We had an issue where my card was accidentally charged twice and it took a bit to figure out why and Mike worked so hard to figure it out and quickly got it refunded and was so kind and understanding throughout! When you call a real person answers quickly, no menu or robots to navigate through. It’s great.

THIS IS THE BEST POSSIBLE OPTION FOR SELF STORAGE IN STATE COLLEGE! First time renting a locker, needed it for move in. The gentleman on the phone (I wish i could credit him, forgot his name, but he was amazing!) helped me get the best possible price and was very upfront about their system. I was searching for a 5 x 10 locker for around 100 bucks. Ended up getting a 10 x 20 for a month for free! Had to pay the initiation fee and buy a lock, but 40 bucks is so much better than 600 bucks for the same thing but further from penn state! Cant thank these folks enough, saved me so much money and didnt have to play tetris with my furniture. Life Storage is your answer!

We found two dead mice in our previously cleaned out brita filter after keeping our belongings in a life storage unit for two weeks. Even though the move was already difficult enough, when we called to ask for any amount of the cost to be refunded for damages due to the mice (even thought we kept NO FOOD) we were just directed to call the mandatory insurance we had to buy upon renting the unit. They need to take responsibility for their rodent problem and not leave victims of their negligence out to fend for themselves and file for a stupid insurance claim. Didn’t even ask for much other than a partial refund and they couldn’t even do that. Terrible business. Would’ve added photos of this, but everything was decomposed and wormy.

Good experience so far on move in day. The spring on my unit’s door broke 3/4 of the way through the move and I was moved to a new unit within minutes! Thank you for your nice customer service today.

What a team—Mike and Tracie are amazing! In addition to being consistent and clear communicators, they are invested in their work and that is evident in every interaction with them. They really “see” their customers, and are willing to work with them. Most importantly, they are just good people which makes leaving valuable and/or personally significant items in their care so much easier. Can’t say enough about these two!
