Truthfully, I only just recently found Lifestance. However, thus far I can tell you that my experience setting up an intake appoint went very smoothly. The receptionist who assisted me was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. I had my first
telehealth psychiatry appointment with Francine Williams, who is one of the nurse practitioners. It can be hard to tell during the first session but I feel pretty good about this therapist.
My appointment went great today. Felling hopeful. Francine really took her time and explained her treatment plan. Looking forward to feeling better.
Fran was excellent. She explained the process and how everything would go. Asked the right questions at the time and listened when I was speaking. She explained how the medication worked and possible side effects.
