13I just had my first session with Tori Capps and it was great! I really liked her, really happy that I was set up with her. She was very easy to talk to and listened and gave me feedback. I felt very comfortable with her and I look forward to meeting with her again. I think she’ll be a good fit for me and I already have high hopes that she help me a great deal.
Was a patient here for about 6 years in total. Good experience for the most part, however this place has undergone many changes. The billing department is also iffy. Otherwise, a reasonably priced and reliable service.
Dr. Rivera is an excellent doctor, who takes time to listen to everything that I’m saying, and provide me with great advice that will keep me safe.
My therapist is amazing! I’ve always had a great experience with all of the staff even when there was a payment related issue
I love my psychiatrist Melissa, and I couldn’t be more thankful to be treated by her via LifeStance. I love this practice because they offer both in person, and telehealth services. I also love them because they don’t force you to have a therapist with them, and you can continue to have your therapist outside of their network, and still see a psychiatrist under them. These are my favorite things about LifeStance, and this really contributes to my mental health, because they truly make our lives easier in being treated, and in helping us make progress towards getting better. It was really easy for me to get in with them, and they even have a patient portal system where you can contact your provider directly, and they usually respond right away. Please, if you want to consider finding a provider via LifeStance I highly recommend them and their services.

DO NOT USE. Their billing department is TERRIBLE. They constantly bill incorrectly. You have to spend hours on the phone with them. They assure they will fix the issue and then do the opposite. I have used this practice for over a year. There have always been small problems. Now - they will not bill my insurance for NO reason. Billing claims they do not have the right address, however they never had this issue until recently and NONE of my other providers have an address issue. They are disorganized and make false promises about calling patients back.
Found a good therapist but they went on parental leave. This company recently charged my personal bank account $365 without my knowledge or consent and then I couldn’t pay my internet bill that was due because of their unexpected charge. This company has caused me greater mental distress than they have been able to help. I hate the failing state of Americas healthcare systems truly letting disabled people down time and time again. It is exhausting and financially devastating to attempt to receive a fraction of the care I deserve as a human being. 0 stars for the face this company has caused me to have autistic meltdowns over their sketchy and inconsistent billing system. I do not trust LifeStance any longer after this horrible horrible week I have had. I literally would’ve been better off just canceling my appointment.
First off, I love my therapist. So why did I give only three stars? I called the billing department on 4 separate days to dispute an amount taken out of my credit card without my permission. Each time I called billing, I waited for a rep at least a half an hour…sometimes up to an hour and never got through. I tried leaving a note on myChart and did not receive a reply. On my last (5th) call to the billing dept, I was given the option of a call back. A rep called me back that evening and promised to resubmit to my insurance. I asked her to call or email me after they hear back from my insurance, but she told me they don't do that. My therapist is wonderful, but the billing is driving me crazy.not a good thing for a company providing mental health support.
I'd had video meetins with my doctor in the Lifestance system with no problem. Laptop or cell phone has been fine for the past year, with no issues. Diane B, Newtown Square
Excellent services and personal. I've needed to change insurances and schedules often but my services have remained consistent and of the highest quality.
I've been impressed with the insights made by both my therapist and my psychiatrist, Dr Wolfe.
