Idk about this new corporation but if it's anything like VBH, stay far far away. A rating of no stars is still to high. I wasted over 10 years at VBH. When I first started, the meds psychiatrist got me addicted to Klonopin. He even said I was addicted as he's writing out a refill for more. I got off of them myself by going cold turkey. The therapist I saw for 10 years just dropped me for reasons Idk. No phone call or even a letter. Just dropped. I felt like our sessions were more gap fests than therapy. Everytime I'd tell her I wanted to talk about my issues, she'd always come back to talking about my husband and how terrible he was or her husband. When I asked for a new therapist, the one I was assigned was always 15-20 minutes for the session. I feel the one's that are dependable are affiliated with a hospital and not a corporation.
This place was good when it was Vista and then a corporation took over and you can tell! It’s all about them and not about their patients. The staff we worked with either quit, moved locations or, who knows, possibly were let go. Now they want us to drive an hour to see a prescribing doctor because they never replaced the one at this location. Horrible!
Dr. Murage is the BEST! She spends time, really listens, and makes me feel super supported. I’m so thankful I found her!
Had a horrible experience during the first couple of sessions. I came out worse than when I went in.
Been going here for years and it has by and large been a positive experience.
