I had a great first session with NP, Mr. Reed. He was warm, did a detailed assessment. He told me he prefers to meet his clients, prior to reading their history. Mr. Reed, took his time and answered all my questions. I finally feel satisfied and cared for. I recommend others at this practice, administrators, and providers follow the professionalism that Mr. Reed showed me today!

Lifestance provides Telehealth appointments at a time when it is challenging to find mental health care. Carolyn Jackson, a healthcare provider in PA is excellent, and takes the time to do a good interview to best find solutions for a patient.

Would not recommend the service of Sharon Graff? She didn’t consider my medical questions or concerns and often recommended her preferred medications. She made it clear that children were her preferred clientele. And, after I requested a new provider, the office charged me $75 for a missed session that was previously exempt. Unprofessional business practice, not expected from a nurse or doctor’s office. Very disappointed…. Consider canceling all of my service with LifeStance. Although, I love my therapist, Dr. Baker.

Was difficult to hear Dr, computer and/or platform used was uneven and sometimes garbled. Zoom is much better, not sure what LS uses, but needs fixing.
Drug interactions made my life HELL in July. Stopped taking buspirone cold turkey bc my head felt like it was blowing up. Horrible anxiety, headaches, worse depression than prior. Will NEVER use LIFESTANCE again. Worst treatment ever!

Billing department has no idea what they are doing. You will be overcharged and when you try to call you will wait on hold for an hour and never get a call back. Go to a smaller practice, they do not manage their business properly.

I found a person with whom I could discuss my anxieties and challenges. She took very precise notes and remembered everything I shared with her and advised in an encouraging manner and gave personal examples. I felt understood rather well and supported! I started looking forward to our meetings because I felt relieved and calmer after our discussions.

I was able to have an hour of time which was plenty, the NP was amazing and went through each main topic and covered everything needed to make a medical decision for me. I was so happy after the thought of cost or anything is not even a thought anymore it’s all worth it. I was not planning to follow up but now I do not mind at all. I’m saying this for anyone who has these same thoughts.
