Great service! I ordered some UV pond lights bulbs and quartz sleeves, and one of the sleeves arrived broken. They very quickly replaced it with no problem. Prompt and friendly service!

Where do I even start with this company. 1 star is definitely more than they deserve. I ordered 4 UV lights from this company and on their site it says simple return process with prepaid shipping, well not so much. The lights would not fit my system so I contacted them to let them know and get them to send me my prepaid shipping label as stated on their site. Well they told me they sold about a hundred of them in a week and no complaints. Then they wanted me to force them in or cut the plastic off the bottom if needed to make them fit. I tried to tell them the prongs that were at the top were too long so they would not work for my system. They then asked if I could just make the prongs shorter by cutting them. I said no and they asked why. I was just not comfortably doing so. I asked again for prepaid shipping label but they wont send one. They want me to return it at my expense. That is not what their site says. I should not have to start cutting things off of a UV light to make them fit. I would have never ordered them if their site had not said simple return with prepaid shipping. I also would not be shipping them back if they fit. So I am not impressed with this company with how they deal with their customers. Still trying to get shipping label from them and will never buy from them again.

I ordered a UV bulb from LSE on Amazon. The bulb showed up broken and not usable. I contacted them through the product support page on Amazon. They responded quickly and agreed to send a new bulb. I received it quickly and got my UV system up and running. I was impressed with their customer service and will order from them again.

Great customer service support. Ended up ordering the wrong UV bulb that I required. They responded quuickly to my question and replaced with the correct bulb.no hassel, this is the way a company should treat there customers. Thank you for the great support!

Ordered a couple of special bulbs for a Panasonic vent. Product arrived within a couple days. One of the bulbs was in pieces inside the carton. Upon contacting Light Spectrum I was notified a replacement would be shipped out and within 2 days a happy customer is writing this review. Great service!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

ordered from this company a replacement of my rainfresh UV light. UV light was supposed to be compatible with my system according to their website.ended up blowing my ballast and now they are saying there's nothing they can do.it will cost me over $200 just to replace the ballast.

LSE accidentally sent the wrong quartz tubes for my UV filter. Upon discovering the error they immediately shipped the correct parts. While errors take time to correct, LSE did the best job they could by preventing this from being any more of an inconvenience. We need more conscientious companies like LSE.

I would not order from this company again. What was supposed to be 4 day shipping has now turned into 9 days and I still don’t have the important part for my well. All they said is give it a few more days and just before a long weekend. Nope! Edit: It just does not get any better with this company. Even after asking to cancel my non delivered order after several “please wait a few more days” and no way to track, all they said in a return email is “Thanks”. Nothing else. No other explanation as to where my order is. Just that. Save yourself the grief and “Do not deal with this company. They sure didn’t have a problem taking my money in a hurry. Wow! Wish I could give 0 stars. One is far more than they deserve.
