Robert is an extremely sneaky landlord I don’t mean to talk bad about anybody but I am a mother of two kids I moved into a lilac apartment hoping the landlord tenant experience would be different than my last … He manipulated me into moving into an infested building when we went over the lease and talked about bugs and rodents he didn’t mention that there were roaches in the building! Not to mention he makes it impossible to communicate with him and also doesn’t hand over a lease for some odd reason I think he withholds the lease to scheme that way we don’t know our rights and he can get over on us! I am fed up somehow a raccoon got into the crawl space above my ceiling last night and I had no way of contacting him so I have to baracade me and my two babies into another room until this morning and when I woke up I called the maintenance number which is the only place we’re able to reach! She said she would call Robert and I never received a call back from her and now I’m left with no other options but to face the raccoon head on when it makes it’s way in here. It’s not far from my drop ceiling I can hear it crying it must’ve got caught in the wood it clawed it’s way through. I am over being here and I’ve only been here 3 months!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I UNDERSTAND I WAS 3 MONTHS BEHIND, HOWEVER I DID NOT HAVE A REFRIGERATOR FOR A YEAR AND A HALF NOR DID HE FIX MY TOILET. HE MADE ME LIVE WITH A FECE FILLED TOILET FOR A MONTH.
SLUMLORD TO THE MAX. NOBODY LIKES HIM.
