Limoncello West Chester

Sat at the bar with Taylor. She was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and polite. Great food- wide variety of Italian dishes. Would come back just for her!

What a great place to celebrate. Delish food and drinks. I always forget to take a picture until after tasting or start.

Wait time was horrible.
Placed order at 6;47 via phone.
Was told 45 minutes.
My meal wasn't ready until 7: 47 pm.
An hour on a busy Friday night

Had a 8pm reservation. Was seated quickly indoors. Immediately noticed how noisy the dining area was. Waitress had to lean over me and yell at my wife and guest so they could hear her. Busboy slammed the water on the table with no finesse what so ever, actually felt like I was at a biker bar. My first impression was the restaurant was overcrowded and staff were very young and obviously inexperienced. My appetizer of clams with spicy sausage in a garlicky broth came out quickly and was good. We all ordered entrees with mine being one of the specials that being a steak topped with shrimp. That was at 8: 00pm. 45 minutes had elapsed and still no entrées so we flagged the waitress and she offered more bread and bruschetta we said ok and the busboy came back and placed it on the table next to us. Flagged the waitress down and told her what happened and she pulled the bread and bruschetta that was at the other table and directly under them as the talked over the food and placed it on our table. I was totally disgusted by that, especially with COVID concerns. After another 20 minutes we had enough over an hour had elapsed and my special of the day a steak and the others entrees still not brought to our table. Noticed people arrived ate and left and we were still without our food. We left after telling staff how displeased we were and they acknowledged the mistakes but offered no resolution. Appears that management knows they have inexperienced staff but prefer to maximize profit anyway favoring volume of people over quality of service. Also they need to get a consultant to show them how to reduce the noise levels inside with all the hard surfaces amplifying the noise.

Sat outside. Server was super friendly and helpful! Jess i think? Food was delicious and the complementary bruschetta was a nice start. My WC Manhattan was delicious. We were suggested the banana foster bread pudding with the gilatto was fantastic and plenty for the 3 of us! Manager was out and very nice too!

Me and my wife made reservations last night 6/24/22 for our wedding anniversary our server was great she tried her best to get everything to us in a timely manner because of how busy they were very polite and also had good specials and recommended all kinds of food to us we will definitely be back to Limoncello soon

This is a West Chester classic! Great food, great service and fantastic atmosphere. I honestly don’t come here often since the pandemic started but this place has been around for decades because it’s as legit as it gets here in WC.

Absolutely fabulous! We brought my niece there who was visiting from NC. It was very busy on a Tuesday night at 5: 30. The chicken parm was huge and, oh, so delicious! The chicken was so tender and tasty. My niece had a pasta dish with pears and she loved it. Our waitress was very kind!

The service was fantastic, the cocktails, and food, not so much. I am sure you guys can do better, we will come back for a second chance.

The place was amazing! Atmosphere felt well, the service was great, food was even better! Came in with a couple of friends and tried almost everything on the menu. Awesome. Come visit, you can't go wrong with it!

Food is delicious, drinks are delicious, service is great and staff is friendly. If you're planning to go here, definitely make yourself a reservation because it's always packed.and for a good reason!

I'm Italian. Normally I don't eat pasta outside my country. This time I take a risck. Wow pasta was good! Nice place and very friendly employee

Went for lunch after touring West Chester University. Sat outside and immediately greeted with tons of bread. This place is great for fat guys.let me tell ya. The server, Liam, was nice kid and didnt have to write down our order like most servers. Ordered Margarita pizza, meatball sandwich and cheese steak. Im fat so tasted all three dishes. Unbelievable food. Will definitely be back to this joint if kid ends up going to WCU. Tons of hot chicks walking around and sitting outside also!

The meat lasagna is incredible! A healthy cheesey portion. You won't think you can get through it, but it's so good you cannot stop. Great service that moved the meal along at our pace - relaxed and never felt rushed. I will be back again for sure. Next time requesting a to-go so I have enough room for dessert.

This was my first time eating here. I was impressed. Timely attention! Great service! Ample Portions. And most importantly, we enjoyed our food. Delicious! The only negative of note is that it was crowded during our visit, which made it a little difficult to hear ourselves. Outside of that everything was perfect! Highly Recommend!

Delicious Italian food, service was very good, but very crowded and the noise level was too loud to enjoy a conversation with your meal. Best to go during the week or get a table in the rear to avoid game day noise near the bar area.

Really awesome place with great food - and huge portions. It’s rare to find places that actually give you a lot of food these days. We got a massive charcuterie board and our pasta dinners were huge. Our food tasted excellent. Our server Marty was also top notch! Friendly and really attentive to us. To top off this place, the limoncello shots are a fun way to end the meal. 5 stars for sure.

Prompt seating, great staff, staff is a real team. Veronica was my waitress, great personality, very accommodating, absolutely an asset to the restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. I strongly recommend visiting! I will be back!
