I have experienced professional service and care every time I have an appointment. They devote hands on care from the time you walk in too the time you leave.

Dr Amy sees all our pets. She's very helpful, honest. Keep in mind, you have to be able to call into the office when you arrive,

Dr Amy is great. Quick service and willing to take the time to explain any questions you might have. Excellent Care for our cat. Have been going to for the last 10 + years.

I was very happy until recently. I have tried to get an appt for my dog for months who has been there before. No call back from messages I left and no response to online request for an appt.

If you're looking for a veterinarian who truly cares about animals over dollar signs, then this is the one. She cares for the animals genuinely and this is something that has been sorely lacking in veterinary care the last decade or two.

Brought my dog in because he had a growth that doubled in size since the whole pandemic started and I couldn't get anyone to see him! Our usual vet would only do emergency surgeries. Why would I want to wait until my dog was in distress and needing emergency surgery when it could be avoided by removing the growth before it got ripped off accidentally?

When the new doc examined my dog she saw that he needed his nails trimmed and did it no charge. Who does that these days? Everyone's all about the money and how many extra things can we tack onto the bill?

We had to wait 3 weeks because she was so busy, but at least we knew he would be getting taken care of ASAP. She even gave us the name of another vet who she thought might be able to take him sooner.it was only a day sooner, so we stuck with the doc at Line Mtn.

He had surgery last week and he is doing great! Healing nicely and seems much happier.

Dr. Amy and staff have been fantastic. Great job on surgery for my dog Jake. And also great care for my other 2 dogs.
