Very upbeat atmosphere. Extremely personable, polite, and they made sure I understood all points.

Dr Link is very thorough and the office is always bright and clean. The office team interacts with each other and patients warmly, respectfully, and with encouragement. I think office staff can ultimately determine a customer/patient’s experience for the better or worse, and I truly believe they are what set this office apart from other eye care providers in the area! This is a wonderful eye Dr office that I would recommend to anyone.

Very thorough exam! Dr. Link and his staff were the BEST! I even had the girls help me pick out new frames. Top Notch all the way around!

Where to start! I was shocked at how a comment of “I’m surprised to see that you still are requiring Mask”, to the receptionist was interjected by Amy that turned into a lecture on of course we are a medical office. I thought it was rude to even become defensive at a very simple comment. May I suggest toning that done a bit. While I too work in the Medical field we are not required in some settings to not wear a mask except of course critical care areas it did surprise me that it was still a requirement in an Eye Doctor’s Office, but that is your right as I tried to add to the conversation but not to feel like I was being reprimanded for even suggesting or commenting on it. And I was wondering what the person on the phone call you were on was thinking of that conversation. I’m sure not impressed.

I was happy to get in for an eye appointment. Very little wait, careful exam and great service by the optical department. I'd recommend Link Eye Care.

This was my wife and my second visit to Link Eye Center practice. We were impressed how the staff still operated under corvid guidelines. These corvid practices made us very impressed with the staff, who were very warm, friendly, and professional. Upon arrivial we were given vision field tests, eye pressure and eye pictures were completed.
We were given a very thorough exam by staff and Doctor Link. Both the staff and Doctor Link explained everything in words we could understand. We would recommend this practice to anyone needing eye care.

I have never had an eye exam as thorough as the one that Dr. Link and staff provided! Everyone was very professional and welcoming at the same time.

Fantastic, friendly office staff! Dr. Link is fantastic with children, and spoke to my six year old at her level. My child felt very much at ease and even asked how soon she could have another “eyeball checkup. ” Highly recommend.

Best comprehensive eye exam I have had in years. Dr. Link was thorough- He takes his time with your exam and explains everything in layman's terms. He picked up on conditions that my past eye doctors missed. I did not realize how strained my eyes were with my old glasses until wearing the new prescription Dr. Link prescribed. Incredibly pleased with the care received here.

I want to give a higher rating but I'm frustrated with the issue of hours. I work an 8-5 job and in order to get testing the ONLY option is to take a work vacation day as of June. Dr Jacobson had Saturday hours and evenings. Dr Link is not giving me any choices. Why do I need to give up days to get exams just so I can get testing? Please think about adding testing time to those of us who don't want to give up days to get good eye care.

I was a patient of Dr Jacobson, and now of Dr Link, as he took over the practice. Much of the remaining staff has stayed the same. They have very nice and helpful office staff. The doctor does a great job. Their office is very clean. I also take my kids to this office. I was especially pleased because my youngest child can be fearful and difficult to work with, and Dr Link is very patient with her. A few months ago, Dr Link asked my kids to make “eye” artwork for their walls. My kids really loved making their painting, and enjoyed seeing it up on the wall. Such a cool idea!

After going to a well known nationwide brand for the last 17 years, I made the decision to switch over to Link Eye Center and it was one of the best choices I've made for my health and my body in a very long time. My first experience today was amazing. The staff and Dr. Link were incredibly warm, friendly, and swift in getting me in and out! They're knowledgeable and genuinely seem to care how you are when they ask you how you're doing. As soon as I left, I called my sister and told her we need to tell the whole family to transfer over here!:) Thank you guys again for everything today!

I am so grateful for Link Eye Center. I saw Dr Link after being misdiagnosed at an Urgent Care when experiencing eye pain/redness. Dr. Link was kind and professional and most importantly gave me the correct diagnosis and treatment. I absolutely recommend Link Eye Center for all of your eye needs.

Dr. Link and his entire staff were complete professionals. They were all very knowledgeable, helpful and considerate of their patients’ health.

It would be 0 stars but not an option. I was a 30 patient of former DrJaccobsen, who was AWESOME. The new owner and Dr needs to make some adjustments. First your an eye doctor not a cardiologist. Second if a 30 year loyal patient to the practice is running late due to their job have a little consideration. Doc took a hardline and cancelled me. No problem I took the hardline found a new doctor.

Dr Link gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I could possibly expect. I have been to ophthalmologists who have not given me such complete exams. I put my trust in Dr Link. The opticians and office staff are most helpful in choosing glasses. They never make you feel rushed and are very honest in making constructive comments. I love going to their practice.

I’d been coming to see Dr Jacobson for years and I was a little nervous about seeing a new doctor…. But Dr Link is great and I’m happy to continue coming to the practice for years to come! I highly recommend!

I showed up early as requested for my 11: 00 am appointment on Friday, November 11, for a routine eye exam. I walked out of the office at 12: 40 pm. One hour and forty minutes is not a reasonable period of time for a routine office visit, it's completely disrespectful of a person's time.

Dr. Link and his staff are competent, caring, and efficient. The waiting room is comfortable and well-lit. Everyone is kind and considerate. I always look forward to my appointments. Dr. Jacobson loves his work, and his enthusiasm is most appreciated. I would rate Jacobson Eyecare very highly!
