In the past I wouldn’t say I had the best services here, BUT after a eye issue I had recently I have to tell you the staff definitely stepped up to a level of excellence, I would like to recognize Sherry at the counter she was so professional-Polite and made my visits feel welcomed… Thanks to her and Dr Hachem and Dr Rachel after numerous visits for getting my eye issues resolved, Thanks Again to them all… Mitch Millard

Dr. Simpson and the the staff at Linsey are great! I moved back here in 2019 after living in DC for over 40 years. Dr. Simpson is the first eye doctor I’ve ever seen who really examined, explained and expressed what might be a concern for my vision. She’s the only doctor I look forward to seeing.

Incredible staff and phenomenal physicians! These people care about making sure you have the best possible experience with regards to your vision care!

Our family LOVES Dr. Hachem. She has been our eye doctor for at least a decade. She is very thorough in her job and takes it seriously. Both our sons have autism and she is AMAZING with them. Our youngest had very little language before the age of 4 and Dr. Hachem was still able to test his eye sight. She has a warm and inviting personality. Aside from her, the office staff is the best around. Every time I have to call they are always so upbeat and I never feel I am bothering them. I can NOT recommend this establishment enough!

Had eyes examed and got 2 pair of glasses. Picked them up but the left lens was not correct. Had to be reexamed and have the left lens redone. Will have to got one pair done at a time so it will probably be 4 weeks before I have both pairs done. Hopefully they will be done correctly.

Last year I was given a prescription that never worked for me and nothing was ever done about it, even thought I went in several times. I gave it another try and today I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment. I was told to sit and wait to be called and was completely ignored and the best part is that I was the only one sitting there.

Great experience with Matt today while picking out glasses for my daughter. He was so helpful and really tried to learn her preferences and capture her style! He will also sensitive to how her needs will be impacted by her upcoming health changes. Her glasses will be ready in a few weeks. If the customer service remains at the level we experienced today I will also be getting my glasses from Linsey! Great Job and thank you Matt!

DENTAL SERVICES. I have been a patient for several years. Initially somewhat skeptical about a dental practice attached to an eyecare provider, I kept my initial appointment because of their being in network with my insurance.

I've been very satisfied overall with general hygiene care, and then in the last few weeks needed some cosmetic dentistry on my upper front teeth, which developed unsightly chipping - and ended up needing a crown and some other touch up work.

I thought very seriously about finding a practice that specializes in cosmetic dentistry, as I am vain in general and especially about such things. I cannot say enough good about how Dr. Romero and her assistant, Cecily, saw me through the whole process of getting a crown and fixing also my adjacent tooth.

Perfect color matching. Sensitive and attentive care. Even a phone call returned when I had some trouble with my temporary crown getting loose while out of town.

And, with my insurance coverage and their including everything I needed as part of the total charges, it was incredibly affordable. So satisfied I wanted to put a review out there affirming this great experience. Totally recommend them.

Great Saturday morning service, the employee who helped me was actually very helpful and happy to be at work.

Always love going for my eye exam with Dr. Hachem because she explains how my eye results are, updates on vision and answered question’s. Also, Francesca was patient, kind and helped me out while picking my glasses. She provided updates on my glasses and what each pricing was for. I even got a second pair! I am all for positive vibes and left feeling content. Thank you for everything!

The staff at Lindsey is always professional, friendly and does a great job getting people in and out as fast as they can. Yet, they are nice and go above and beyond for their patients. I have been a patient for 15 years, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The doctor I saw never seemed kind or considerate from the moment she walked through the door. I felt like a child with the way she was talking to me about how I still have contacts left over when I should be using them for a shorter time period. Towards the end of my visit, she gave me a new pair of contacts to wear and gave me the wrong strength but instead of apologizing she belittled me, stating “I did give you the correct lenses but just take them out and throw them away. I’m not dealing with this this morning”. I had been going to this office for years but will definitely be looking for a new one after this experience.

Jessica is an absolute asset. So patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She first helped me on the phone (Breeze), then assisted me in person with my purchase! All while helping and orienting her newly hired peers. If you’re looking for same day glasses, this is the place. 10/10 experience. Thank you Jessica!

The optometrist at linseye is great, but most of the other staff is a whole other story… I’m been a patient here for many years, but the service has gotten horrible and it’s time to find a new place

My wife Jennifer and I love the interaction with Leilani at the front desk, she always greets us with a smile but at the same time very professional. Dr. Rachel as well greets you with a smile, the questions she ask and the answers she gives shows she cares about your eye health. AAA+
