Friendly staff. Quick maintenance. Quiet community. Grounds have a lot of trash laying around or under decks.

Lion's Gate is a lovely place to live. Other then how nice the homes are, the staff is a big part of why living here rocks. Olivia in the office is both pleasant and smart. Henry the head of maintenance is essentially a genius who is at the top of his trade. I cannot think of any negatives. The previous property manager was pretty fantastic as well.

My parents live in Lions Gate Townhomes and they needed help with repairs and a few other things. Henry assisted them in the best way he could and has always given the helping hand that they need. I appreciate knowing this place is great for my parents and everyone in the community.

My husband and I just moved out of here after 3 1/2 years. We loved it here, never interacted much with the office other then a few times but the maintenance team here is spectacular! Henry is amazing, very fast and knowledgeable on what he is doing! He is definitely 1 of the reasons we loved it here so much.
We were unfortunate to have a terrible right next door neighbor, a single senior lady that truly made our lives extremely difficult since before I had even walked in our town home door … she talked my ear off for over an hour telling me every rule and what we can or cannot do. We brushed this off at first just took it as nothing the first few weeks and even felt bad for her and thought she was just lonely but it got very very bad She made my family and I very uncomfortable and gossiped excessively about us and everyone else, constantly complained, we couldn’t do a thing without here putting her 2 cents in. Our every move felt stalked by her.she would even write lists of what everyone was doing wrong and sent to the office. Even blamed us multiple times for her being hospitalized just from us painting a piece of card board for my work. We are a very kind quiet family we didn’t deserve to go through that and nothing to have been done I really hope the next tenants there do not have to go through that. My only suggestion to lions gate is to listen to your tenants, I put multiple complaints about how uncomfortable we were and unfortunately nothing was done so we stopped bothering reporting anything after the first few times…. It resulted in us moving out sooner then we wanted. We are beyond happy with our new home purchase though.
Again the community is lovely and clean and the park and trail is beautiful and maintenance team is great! Amazing place to live I would definitely recommend. We just had an unfortunate situation that wasn’t their fault.

Olivia is amazing! She always greets me with a smile and an amazing attitude. Lions Gate itself is a beautiful property with lots of open space and staff that really makes everyone feel welcome. The units are spacious and well kept after.

Way overpriced, not luxury at all. I would not suggest anyone move here. Non finished basements that have water come into them. It is another major company taking advantage of people. Only reason I live here is cause nothing is for rent in the same area

This property is beautiful and clean. Olivia showed us two beautiful town homes today and she was amazing. We cannot wait to make our final decision. This location is the perfect location for my family and I. Pet friendly homes for a reasonable price are hard to find. So happy with the property and staff.

Olivia showed me and my husband multiple rental units. She listened to our needs and was nothing but professional and knowledgeable. She made the entire process thoroughly enjoyable.

When we toured the community, Olivia was so helpful, answered all our questions and knew a lot about the surrounding area! The homes were clean and very nice! We would have moved in but we ended purchasing our dream home!

Not a great place to live. Rent has become absolutely outrageous, maintenence half a**es everything. They do not care about their tenants In anyway. Other residents are very rude and do not know how to live in a community where you share walls. Music blaring some nights till 2 or 3am. When the office was notofied told me that apartment living isnt for everyone and maybe we should consider buying out our lease when we were not the issue. Have lived here for 2.5 years and can't wait to get out.

Months after I moved out I saw a fee on my credit under collections for $500. I never got a bill or phone call. Then when I called they never replied to me. My $2,100 cat ran away due to a faulty rear door and nothing was down, they never shoveled snow until mid day, and if you pay rent online, they charge a service fee. Highway robbery! No consideration to the consumer especially an officer of the law as myself. I am highly upset and wish nobody ever moves into this crooked money hungry association.
