Where to even start! I do not have enough AMAZING things to say about Lisa and her team. I first spoke with Lisa when I was looking for properties around the East Falls area, and she was incredibly helpful from the start. She connected me with a Compass search to find properties that met my wants/needs, and matched me with Amanda, one of her agents. Amanda is by far the BEST real estate agent on the market! She is incredibly kind, dedicated, and accommodating. No matter the time of day or night, she was there to answer my countless phone calls, read my numerous texts, and get answers to all of my questions. Although there were a few roadblocks throughout the process of purchasing the property, Amanda always kept my desires at the forefront, and was able to secure the property for us! I am so incredibly happy in my new condo, and I cannot thank Amanda, Lisa, and the whole team enough for their dedication and genuine care! Thank you all so much!

Lisa's team helped to sell my landlord's property while I was still living there. Initially, Lisa and her team tried to accommodate my and my roommate's schedules when arranging showings. However, as the weeks progressed, Lisa's team failed to tell my roommate and I about showings as they happened. This resulted in numerous instances where random people showed up at the property to demand showings, even to the point where I sometimes came downstairs only to find strangers in my living room! In another instance, one realtor broke the lock on the front door which locked my roommate and I out for over an hour. Whenever such things happened, Lisa and her team would not return my calls or texts for hours on end. In the 5ish weeks I lived on the property while Lisa Murphy was selling the house, I never knew when realtors would arrive with showings.
I found this to be a violation of my privacy and an overall upsetting experience. I did not feel comfortable in the home I was renting while her company was trying to sell the house. They were unprofessional and unresponsive when issues arose, and I ended up moving out prior to the end of my lease to escape their negligence.
Did they sell the house? Yes. If that's all that matters to you, then feel free to go with Lisa's company. But if you plan on living in your home up until it is sold, do yourself a favor and find a different realtor.

Tiffany was extremely responsive and quick to show many properties in a short amount of time. In a constrained market, she made my buying process extremely simple and easy. I would highly recommend her to any potential buyers!

Smooth sailing! Lisa’s experience enabled her to zone in on the optimal sale price for my home, market the property to an accurate group of potential buyers and close the sale above my asking price. Through a previous experience with another agency I learned listing high could be the kiss-of-death in selling real estate and the value of having a realtor with expertise and a keen eye to price your home accurately to the market is invaluable. Lisa guided me on how to best prepare my home and contributed to a calm and drama-free transaction. Additionally, the group marketed my home with quality images and were also reasonable and fair in the business expectations.

Lisa and Tiffany were amazing to work with. They were very accommodating of my schedule and were able to see homes with me almost immediately when I would contact them about seeing them. They also have great communication skills which is something that I really value when working with someone.

Excellent service for the full buying process from touring the community and homes to closing. Lisa and her team were very responsive to all of our questions as first time home buyers. Lisa wasn't "pushy" and allowed us to go through our options for a full day of tours and had excellent recommendations for things that popped up along the way. I would highly recommend Lisa if you're looking to buy in the Northwest Philadelphia area.
