I did gel nails for the first time with the amazing Cara Boyer! I came in for for my first visit ever and was greeted by Jillian who was so sweet! Cara was awesome helping me find the color I was looking for, asked what kind of nail shape I wanted, and did a beautiful job overall. Thank you!

Even though they were extremely busy and the tiny fact of arriving on the wrong day! Lisa, Sam and Mary Lou took such wonderful care of my 88 yr old friend who requires modifications throughout her visit. They truly are a great bunch of people as well as professionals. I highly recommend this salon for top notch service as well as five star customer service

Jillian is amazing! I went for my first non-home haircut in years, and she took the time to listen to my ideas. I pulled up several images, and she was thoughtful enough to ask what I liked, and didn’t like, about them. I went with an undercut pixie ‘do, and it turned out perfect! She even took the time to teach me how to style it and use product. I’m looking forward to going to her again for some coloring ideas we came up with!

This salon is great quiet calm cozy atmosphere staff is very friendly and welcoming Jillian is awesome I looked for a long time to find a hair stylish that would cut my hair the way I wanted Jillian got it perfect the first time no matter how bad a day I'm having I always leave feeling so much better thank you

Amazing massage experience! I stopped in for the first time and was immediately greeted and offered something to drink by the receptionist who turned out to be my massage therapist, Lindsay. I was enamored with the architecture, charm and décor of the old house the salon is located in. Very cozy and well-appointed. Lindsay was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage room was spacious and the temp was great. We opted not to use the heated feature of the massage table as it was 95 degrees outside. Soothing music was playing as well. Lindsay asked about my needs and went over my medical history before we begun. I was pleasantly surprised that hot stones were included in the massage as well as an initial "brushing" to wake up the skin cells. Cupping was also an included option which I was apprehensive about but went with anyway which turned out to be the right choice. My face usually gets sore from the face rest of the massage table but this one was comfortable and at the end, Lindsay used a cold feature around my nose and eyes to ease any swelling or soreness. She has a great knowledge of the science and mechanics of massage therapy and is clearly very well educated. I was beyond pleased with the whole experience and absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great massage experience. I know I will be back!

Stopped into Lisa's on my quest to find a new salon. Lisa's was the first on a list of salons I planned to visit. She does not take new clients personally but said she wanted to give me the first cut and then suggest one of her stylists. I made an appointment with her and was so pleased with the results. When I was in for the second appointment she came over to welcome me back and speak to the stylist about my hair. The salon is in a beautiful old home that has been elegantly designed. Could not be more pleased.

My mom is frail, highly sensitive to touch and in a lot of pain. It is very difficult for her to move or sit let alone walk. Lisa, Alex and literally everyone at this salon was completely accommodating to her in every possible way. I’ve never been to any place (not just salon) who were more compassionate. Not any place including her doctors offices. Lisa’s ultimate image salon is filled with talented ANGELS! I could never repay them for it. So much more than a hair salon. Thank you so much!

I had my hair done by Alex and she is a rockstar! The place is set up very cozy and the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommend. Its rare I don’t go home and re-style my hair but she did it perfect! I will be returning here in the future.

Lisa's is awesome. Both my kids and my step kids love coming here. Alex is the best stylist on the planet! She keeps everyone looking fresh. I don't drive any hour for nothing! She is totally worth it. The salon has a really cool vibe in an old Victorian home that Lisa converted into a salon. They have everything you need for a relaxing day.

Had an absolutely amazing time at this salon for a mommy/daughter salon day with my 7 year old. She got a trim, pink tips in her hair, and a mani/pedi. For mommy it was a cut and style, a facial, eyebrow wax, and mani. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. We left feeling pampered and relaxed. I will recommend this place to everyone!

I’m new to this salon and am absolutely thrilled! I had the best massage and facial I ever had and am thrilled with my hair color and cut. This is the place for me it’s beautifully decorated and cozy and your made to feel very welcome when I’m there. I look forward to enjoying more of what they have to offer very soon.
