3 SCAM COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE! They will communicate until it comes time to cancel your service. Complete lack of transparency, AND THEY WON'T EVEN SPEAK TO YOU. They get their lawyer to do all the talking. Absolutely unbelievable. STAY AWAY. Plenty of alternative and FAIR companies that have the SAME if not better product.
DO NOT SIGN YOUR LIFE AWAY.
Scam site, read the fine print, we were good customers for years and thought we had a 30 day out clause, we found something better and now LISTRAK wants to auto renew for 1 year based on the original first year agreement.or they will charge us for the following year and let us out now. REALLY? This is 2020.dont treat your customers like this.its okay to part ways after a few years, or sweeten and improve your product. But to have we email their lawyer to talk about ou account is REDICULOUS. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL AND YOU WILL TALK TO A LAWYER, NOT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON.
The service is overpriced compared to competitors, and the service is very hard to set up and integrate with with our Shopify store. You think they would want to integrate more seamlessly with the largest ecommerce platform on the market. After working with them for several years, we wanted to end our contract, because their platform was too complicated for our employees, and the segmentation was overly difficult to set up and work with, but they refused to let us out of our contract, because we didn't give a full 60 days notice before the yearly auto-renewal. Competitors let you do month to month payments, because they know their service speaks for itself.but Listrak locks you in and never lets go unless you read all the fine print. Yes, I should have read the fine print a bit more closely, but they could have done the right thing and let us out if we weren't happy after several years and tens of thousands in their pockets.
