Little Caesars Pizza, Harrisburg PA

The wait time is insane. Even ordering several hours early does not help. The staff is never wearing their masks correctly and always touching their phones.

Very slow, forgets your order. Took 35 minutes the other week to get two Hot and "Ready" pepperoni pizzas. Called, emailed customer service 2-3 weeks ago and have yet to hear back from them. I haven't been back to Little Caesars since. We use to get pizza from LC once a week.

Definitely five stars. I've never had any issues at this Little Ceasars and the staff is always super friendly. Only issue I ever had was I never got my Sierra Mist the one time I ordered but that's because the DoorDash guy stole it. When I called them after the incident, they replaced the soda right away. Highly recommend!

Food was good and hot, but the service needs work. I know during these crazy days things can be a little rough. But hire people if you must. I placed an online order, I didn't get it until twenty five minutes after the scheduled time. I was actually in the store waiting to ask where my order was, when one of the employees put it in the kiosk and my name pop up. I seen people walk away and cancel orders on the spot because it was taking too long to get an order.

Always great prices, LOVE the pizza portal.but business shows sign on the door that ONLY 2 people allowed into lobby at a time, yet several people just barged right past those patiently waiting in line to comply with sign, and then there were up to 4 or 5 in the lobby at one time.
Always a very busy location, but staff has never been rude, always cool, even if clearly overworked (& stressed by those who ignore the sign).
Give those employees a raise, management! They are hanging tough and I appreciate them!
And maybe have a reminder on the website that there's a capacity limit in the lobby?

The union deposit location is horrible with phones. Everytime I call to place an order they either dont answer the phone, the line is busy for hours, or have you on hold for 20mins I always have to go in and place my order and wait for it.

Don't know why I continue to go to this place. I feel bad for the ladies upfront because the people making the pizzas keep screwing things up and they have to hear it all.extra mushroom on one and extra beef extra mushroom on the other.see photos you be the judge. Every time we have gone here something is incorrect. Very pleasant lady upfront had them remade and still not even close. We love little caesars.but will NOT be returning to Union Deposit Rd location. I drive nearly 20 minutes each way. (Son grabbed slices of mushroom before I could take a picture)

Slow service. I dont think anyone there had a clue what was going on. Should be WAIT N NOW instead of HOT N NOW.always slow service when I come here.everytime I think it will be better but it never is.

They ran out of thin crust this week we went, really how do u run out, sure u just didnt feel like making the thin crust? SMH!

Little Caesars OUTPIZZAS the Hut! Great pizza at a great price. I got the ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni pizza and it was the ExtraMostBestest. Very tasty. Great app.order online and pick up at their Pizza Portal. EasyPeasy.

Good pizza, have tried most of them. Didn't like the thin and crispy one.mine wasn't crispy it was limp. If you're having a gang over to watch football grab a bunch of the 5 dollar pizzas.

If you aren't using the app you aren't doing it right. A 5 dollar pizza shouldn't taste so good. Only 4 because the cut the pizza like they are using there feet to hold the cutter. So annoying

This paricular branch needs help. We waited over 40 mins for a cheese pizza. There was another customer there that called in at noon and come 6pm her pizza was not ready. Thats not good business. I wont visit this location again.

$5 for a pizza that you don't have to wait for? I'll take that all day. Never disappoint yourself; go to LC and get on with your business.

I placed an order through there app. When i got there my pizza was in the slot but my name was not on the computer, so my code did not work. The whole point of using the app is to avoid waiting. The lady at the counter didnt awknoledge me until 15 minutes later. At that time i asked for a manager. She said there was no manager. Some guy pulled out my pizzas from the back of the slots and handed them to me. Not an apology, nothing. This is the WORST Little Caesars I've ever been to. Stay away. If you do go there and order count on waiting at least 20 minutes.

I can order online and pick up my cheap but delicious pizza from a hot box without ever having to interact with a human. Easy 5 stars.

Decent pizza. Decent prize. The staff was rude so it was nice I only had to deal with them long enough to pay

Love their bread sticks but they always make them dry.and I starting to believe it's on purpose. Just to then say they have to charge extra if you want them to sprinkle more. I think that's not fair nor cool. Only one person knew to to correctly make them and he needs to be a manager for it. Also not cool with making the center less cheesy than the rest of the pizza. I could literally see no cheese in the middle like 1'radius in the center I almost felt like getting a refund.

Cheap affordable pizza, the best part aside from exemplary service is that any leftover food they have at the end of the night they donate to charities. This establishment deserves as a whole 10 stars. I'd recommend them to anyone and they keep getting better, sadly though there is no delivery service.yet.

Deep dish is where it's at. The other pizzas are nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. Like that you can always get a free 2-liter with the online coupon code.
