Little Caesars Pizza, Ephrata PA

I ordered a pizza without sauce for my daughter. There is an option on the site to order WITHOUT sauce. I sent my husband down to get it, he checked the pizza, like I asked him to, and there was sauce on it. No biggie, hubs just asked for a new one, but noooooo, he was told he was a liar, that it wasn't ordered without sauce. He was basically screamed at in front of the whole store. Out reciept said "no sauce". But the manager kept going on and on while my husband just waited for our order to be corrected. I get it. Mistakes are made, but the way he treated my husband was out of line and I will be calling corporate. Bad day or not, no one deserves to be screamed at. I'm absolutely disgusted.

Food was decent but the employee answering the phone was the most unprofessional and rudest person. Would stay very far away

Affordable on-the-go. Hot and ready $5 + tax. I even mentioned that I was having problems with a pizza not being fully cut and ripping apart. The person in charge said they started cutting differently and they did well.

Smath always makes the time enjoyable. He is such a delight and is always by himself. He needs a raise, there also needs to be more workers. I have been coming in everyday during my lunch time, and Smath goes above plus beyond. He makes the place warm and welcome. The question is, "why the shortage of employees and why not changing that atmosphere? " The employees will burn out which will make the place have less business. The food is good for hot and ready even though it's always a one man show! Smath is ALWAYS attentive, professional, patient, and has a “people-first” attitude. He is such a great asset to this location.

The customer service here is through the roof. I don't remember the cashier girl's name but the way she kept a positive attitude while a long series of rude and belligerent customers gave her snide remarks.

Smath and Dave are always so kind and helpful. Always cheerful to me. They really should have a raise. They seem to be the only ones running the place. I never see anyone else there. Some days they seem to be burning out because they are so busy. Please consider hiring more dependable people.

Where is the hot n ready? Every time I have been there, it takes 5-10 minutes to get a pizza and I am not there at closing time or anywhere near it!

We typically order from this location once a week, on Mondays. The pizza has definitely been getting better in quality. The last several times, it was very hot and fresh, well made and well cooked. They're really improving their service and food quality.

I picked up some zza here for a friend. The wait was a bit too long for my liking. In there defense thigh they said I should have ordered online. But instead I had to wait on a line

There is no constancy at this place. Every time we go it tastes different. We hadn't gone in close to a year and we got one a couple of weeks ago. It was good! So we went again today and man it wasn't this bad when it started. The dough was completely white, too much sauce and the cheese completely came off with the first bite. Don't even want to give it another chance.
The people were nice tho.

Pizza was great and no problems there. 3 orders of my bread sticks were burnt and they did not send the sauce I ordered and payed for. I tried calling several times and no answer. This was the second time they forgot the sauce. First time that the breadsticks were burnt and hard.

Awful. I wasn’t expecting fine dining but thought at least it wouldn’t be burnt. Got home and saw this, called right away and left a voicemail saying it was inedible and I would appreciate not having to pay for something we couldn’t eat. That was 2 days ago. I’m still waiting on a call back.

Pizza very bland. They need something more on the pizza to spice it up. I know you can buy ridiculously high priced sauces to put on food but I my expect the food to be bland Amish style. Everyone needs a little spice in their life!

The guy I spoke with on the phone was very rude. He wasn’t giving us any time to order. He rushed us and said he didn’t have any time to wait for us. It wasn’t even a min.and he was already being rude! So we decided to call & order from the one in reading.

Staff had mask on, down under his chin. No gloves. Barely warm, overcooked pizza. Staff that served me my order never even bothered to say thank you.

My favorite pizza place is domino's. I haven't ate here in forever, the manager is really cool funny and nice. The pizza is amazing, I'm tempted to buy there whole menu and eat it all. Also great while your waiting go next door and get some Dunkin Donuts coffee (: !
