Little Caesars Pizza, Easton PA

Ordered delivery at about 1: 15- 2 slice n' sticks, one was the meal, with 2 sodas. Their delivery connects via doordash, which is no issue. Estimated delivery time was about 2: 05. At about 1: 45, I receive a text from the dasher associated with my order that theyve been waiting, only getting comments from the workers at the restaurant that the order is coming. No problem to me, the estimated delivery was still about 20 minutes away. Another half hour later, however, the dasher is still waiting and still receiving the same comments. So, we try calling the restaurant. No answer. ANOTHER half hour later, the original dasher left, and a new one was assigned. I try to contact doordash to cancel the order, as now it's almost an hour past the edt. Doordash tells me to contact the store. Still no answer. Thank goodness doordash is eventually able to cancel it for me.

Yes, at this point I could have gone and picked it up. But I payed a delivery fee, have already payed for the order, and quite frankly, there's no reason a business can't answer their phone, especially since issues like this can arise all the time.

I never had an issue until today 12/30/2022 at 3: 02 PMz TBh, the only reason why I have an issue is because I came to pick up two separate Door Dash orders… I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and DD has issues with long wait times. The first guy said he was working on it now and proceeded to help others, but never started then another man came in to start his shift and he was more helpful. Three stars was given because my husband comes here all the time as this is closest to us. I know I’ll be back (just not for myself). Another issue is the two men cursing in front of customers that are ordering or just waiting for their order (s). Currently, waiting and explicit music is being played in the back. I get it’s only the two of them, but come on guys.

This store is the worst. Just ordered a pizza from here and it came with NO cheese and sauce! Ordered through Door Dash, so they re ordered it. When the new pizza came, it had no cheese and sauce. I have no words. Who orders a pizza with no cheese?

My dad and I placed an order online and drove a half hour away, just to find out that they “refunded the order and couldn’t contact us” even though my dad gave his number and email in the online order.

I am very disappointed in this particular Little Caesars! Almost 99.9% they mess our order up. I’m not sure what is going threw their head but it needs to change! My family order online for Stuffed crust pizza for tonight’s dinner. Stuffed crust Plain, veggie (Mushrooms, Black Olives, Green peppers), and a 3 meat (Seasoned beef, Sausage, pepperoni). Well……. My Dad had went inside to pick it up. They said I am sorry I didn’t have a few toppings. We’re not picky about what’s on the pizza so that was okay. And the Worker that was their talking. Said is there anyway we could say on their that we’re out of such and such toppings. My family said I’m not sure! Isn’t that your job to find out or to called us back to say you don’t have the toppings. Maybe they should start thinking that they ripped people off with the extra toppings they don’t have that we pay for. It is unbelievable, I am calling back tomorrow and making sure they give me a refund for my extra toppings that they didn’t put on or have. Just called at 12: 25pm they did not answer.

Placed a delivery order and 40 minutes later I find out they canceled it. Tried to call the store and no one answered the phone, the phone range so long that the call automatically ended. I wanted to try out littke caesars but I guess that will be the first and last time I attempt to get food from little Caesars, I'll stick with the small family run places since they actually honor their customers orders. Horrible customer service, I wish I could give zero stars

Order was wrong, had to wait for a pizza to be cooked. When we got home raw inside and burnt toppings. Took me so long to convince family to go to little Caesar’s and now we will never be back. I’m so disappointed. Little Caesar was amazing years ago now they are horrible. What a let down.

They don't wear gloves they touched the floor n wiped there heads on there hands n wiped there nose on there hands n touched the food when I asked them to put gloves on they said no I called customer service and they said they ant got to wear gloves I think that's just nasty n they should wear gloves they r touching people's food. I got cheese bread from them yesterday n it was not done at all. And I waited 1hr and 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and cheese bread

It seems that everytime I go i get more and more disappointed with all the workers there. When walk in they make you wait a whike. The workers work as if they don't care. They wear no gloves its looks very unclean. Just so disappointing to me. Won't ever go again there I'm sorry!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON HOW THEY TALK TO THEY CUSTOMERS THE MANAGER LEROY SHOULD NOT HAVE THE MANAGER POSITION THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THATS WHY IM LEAVING A REVIEW ANOTHER THING IVE NOTICE THE DOORS WHERE DIRTY SO WAS THEY COUNTER THE GUY MAKING THE PIZZA ON HIS PHONE TEXTING WHILE THE CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR THEY PIZZA TO BE COOKED

The pizza is always good and the young lady at the register with super nice and very helpful think her name is Janae. I would definitely recommend

I used to worker and I just was in the area and all the employees are sitting out front doing nothing and other have told me that use to work there that it no longer clean inside and the food has went down hill because they not keeping up to date on there stuff but all employees out side doing nothing like that not doing your job

Pizza was burnt and did not taste good. Too bad I ordered through Door Dash, because I got a refund back was about 1/5 of what I paid. Very disappointing.

Waited there 10 minutes before anybody helped me, they didn't have crazy bread, ordered 2 pizzas, one was burnt, other was under cooked, definitely never going there again, threw puzzas in garbage, employee handled my money they went to make a pizza without washing hands, then proceeded to take his ear bud out while making pizza, dirty as hell

2nd time coming here and last time! The management is awful and the workers are slow! One girl was working with food and seemed more worried about her cell phone. Go elsewhere!
