Little Caesars Pizza reviews
9Their "pretzel" doesn't even have a pretzel crust, just regular crust sprinkled with salt. Also, the pizza looked and tasted old, same with the breadsticks. The breadsticks are the size of a No. 2 pencils and are hard instead of soft. Little Ceasars here have gone way too cheap, making their pizza just taste horrible. I'll guarantee you, I won't be going back. Go to a local pizza place that will actually serve good and fresh pizza.
The only good thing they have going for them is a pretzel pizza, when they have it in stock. The manager should be fired. She is not experienced enough for the position and is bringing the whole store down.
The website says they close at 8, which is entirely too early anyway. We began calling to order a pizza for pickup a little before 7. No answer. We called multiple times on our way there, sounded like we got hung up on a few times. We tried the "app". Earliest pickup time was the next day. As we pulled in the lot, lights were on and people were in the lobby. Got in the store and a half-stoned kid asked what we wanted. "Pretzel pizza. " He said "Uh, we close in, like 15 minutes. " We stated how long we had been calling. His only answer was that they were busy. I explained that was no excuse. The manager yelled that they were out of them anyway.
This operation is a joke.
I'm changing my review from 1* to 5* because of the amazing service the gentleman at the register gave. He held a conversation and gave us our food fast. Pizza was actually good.
Beware ordering from here. They like to close early, contrary to what the official site and google states as the normal hours. The website and other delivery places still take orders for beyond that time, however. Got a call from the store that more or less said it was my problem to try and fix. Tried calling back a few times for more info and to see what my options were after talking to support and they apparently close even earlier on answering the phone. Stick to the other more reliable places if you are able to.
Manager, a female is grumpy and unhappy. Makes you feel like you are bothering her. Will go back for pizza, but I won't be happy to see her. They are very busy so she should be happy.
Went there today asking for 7.99 deal they stayed online only but it says both but I got pizza it was burnet terrible my girlfriend and I had for large pizza I asked for 99 cents bread they sayed no
I don't know what's going on there, but there must be some serious problems going on at this location. When I tried to order online from there, the site wouldn't accept my order due to "irregularities" with my payment method. I tried several payment methods and switched to using the mobile app but nothing was accepted. I tried calling them over the phone to order the old-fashioned way, but no one picked up. I don't know if they're super-busy, overloaded with orders, or closed, or just really, really mismanaged, but something weird is happening over there.
It's take out only, no dine in, but great pizza especially for the price. I just wish they were open a tad later. Regardless, the people are genuine, polite, and work hard.
Worst service ever! Supposed to be open until 10 but are always closing early! They almost never answer their phone and when they do they either get a attitude with you about closing early then hang up on you or you hear them all complaining and using vulgar language about their jobs. They don't use gloves to make the food and weren't washing their hands after I watched several touch their clothes and their face when I went to pick up my order. Last time I did get to order my wings were still pink on the inside, the crazy bread was hard as a rock and I couldn't eat it and the center of my pizzas were frozen. Didn't bother calling to complain because it took me 5 calls to even place the order.
