Little Caesars Pizza, Erie PA

We ordered 1 large, thin crust pepperoni pizza, 1 large, regular round pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and an order of italian cheese bread. Both pizzas and the cheese bread were absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing! We haven't always had the best experience with the quality of the product ordered, but when they get it right it is AMAZING! Keep up the great work and thank you VERY MUCH!: D

Was sold completely cold pizza. Asked for a hot and ready with butter Parm when he put the butter Parm on he should’ve been able to see that the cheese wasn’t even melted. I was in a hurry to get home, and I only live a quarter of a mile away. I called when I got home and the person who answered said thanks for letting him know. I paid nine dollars for a pizza I had to heat myself. And was never even offered to come and get a hot one. Please don’t ever stop making pizza boxes, you will probably be doing it for a very long time.

Still waiting for corporate to call me back. I don’t know who else to talk to because I never see an adult there. On aug 30th I was there to pick up a pizza that was a replacement pizza for one a few weeks prior that was raw. I guess employees must be stock holders and weren’t happy to let one go no charge because it was cooked even less than the original pizza and wasn’t even cut. It was basically thrown at me. I’m not sure what the employee mumbled either but I was polite and thanked him. I got home and couldn’t believe I was given that pizza. I laughed at first but then I felt like it had a soapy taste maybe because of the obvious unhappy employee. I’ve been going to this store for at least 30 years. I can’t believe for this being my first problem I was treated so poorly. I guess I can always go to Patties.

Why I gave this is a five-star to be honest it's because I think the one girl there is pretty cute next time I go. I'll tell her wish me luck!

Came at the last minute and needed hot n ready that had no pepperoni they made them all fresh in about 10 minutes and has us on our way. Staff was also very friendly!

Red sauce on Italian cheese bread? Only one of the 4 items ordered were correct. You'd think after waiting a total of an hour inside, after calling 20 minutes prior, it would be correct. Oh yeah, and no line inside, wonder why.

I use to work here I had to leave because I moved, but everyone I worked with felt like I was with my family we would get a lot of Karen's come in and complain about perfectly good pizza's after we had taken multiple order's for hundreds of pizza's, but now it's under new management and has been gutted for all of its good employees as have other locations, but I'd recommend you try to be nice alot of the workers are young and it's hard to serve everyone when your being hammered by the drive through and Karen's during lunch hours.

But if I had to recommend anything, you get the Detroit Style Deep Dish or Zesty Cheese Bread with butter parm and get them well done

Unfortunately they have messed my pizza order up for the 6th time. It's pretty pathetic. Just order from a different pizza place and skip this one.

Waited 50 min for a dried out over cooked no sauce deep dish pizza and old hard crazy bread

I got 3 of the hot and ready today and they were awful! I also got an order of breadsticks which were doughy and barely anything on them, they weren’t even in the shape of breadsticks! The pizza had a complete hole in one side of it, and looked like it had been dropped before putting it in the box! It was a mess! I took pictures of how horrible it looked! Check yours out before leaving the building!

Staff is terrible, this was the worst experience at little Cesar’s I’ve ever had, official pizza of the NFL and this is the experience you offer, embarrassing.
