Little Venice Pizza & Subs, Shenandoah PA

Ordered ordered over the phone. Lady was very rude and rushy. Should have been a red flag there. When picking up they gave us the wrong order not telling us there were two orders for Dan. Both ordering a pizza and a bag, so wasn't that suspicious that it could be wrong. Called to see if they could do anything to resolve this. They already knew we got the wrong order but they didn't call to let us know or anything. They would not doing anything for us because we lived further away, so it wasn't worth it for us to go back. Would not do a refund of the difference or anything. Lady was extremely rude on the phone a second time. First time ever getting food here, will be the last. Do not recommend if you want you order correct and want to deal with pleasant people.

Ordered a large extra cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks. Picked it up and said we called in an order for Dan, was given a pizza box and a small bag. Got home and realized I have a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and a large antipasta. Called the restaurant back and let them know, their response was "we had orders for 2 Dan's" yet didn't ask me to specify during pickup for which Dan. And got no kind of return or replacement option whatsoever. Also paid $6.00 more for an incorrect order to people who couldn't even apologize for their mistake during a phone call. Sad. Won't order again and this was the first time.

The service is awesome and the food is grate the pizza is by far the best I have ever eaten if you come across this pizza joint please stop and try it out you won't be disappointed

The food is good the prices are right what else could you ask for. If you like spicy, you must try Robbie's "Mexican" cheese steak.mmm.really good.exceptional! Burgers fries pies salads it's all good, nothing bad going on here.never had any problems with the food the price none of it it's all great go and try some don't take my word for it

Best cheesesteak i have ever had i order from here with my family and rarely cost over $25 for like 3 cheesesteaks and 1 or 2 pizzas amd it usually comes out to $20-$25 dollars.

Lil is not the same no more they need to hire new people and not not no young people. I just order a fish from there and I found hair in my fish. All I have to say that lil v lost my respect for them anymore.

They have the best creamy garlic parm dip.just ordering it as a side to dip your pizza in is absolutely amazing! You have to try that! Or on their boneless wings.very very good

I ordered $60 worth of food one of which being a turkey sub, my sub had one slice of turkey. If I had a toddler they could make a better sandwich.ridiculous.

Foods usually spot on, hit or miss occasionally. Friendly mom and pop kind of feel. Only thing is I have a hard time finding when they are open since covid came along. Guess thats how mom and pop shops are. No designated hours of operation. But great variety of food and tastes

Amazing food. Great people, hours need to be edited sometimes they close and open at different times. But all of it is amazing

There Cheesesteak was delicious, as far as There Chef Salad was discussing, never had a spicy salad like this, Not a Chef salad i would recommend, took a bite and went in garbage and they should inform ppl that its spicy, because some people doesn't like spicy foods,
