I had a very positive first time visit here. The receptionist was warm
and welcoming, the office was well appointed and very much u to date. I came to find the source of why my one hearing aid wasn't working. After a few minutes the clinician cleaned both aids and all is now working clearly. We discussed options for service and possibly new aids in the future. There was no pressure. Just the info I sought.

All staff were welcoming & helpful. The office is conveniently located just off City Line Avenue with its own free parking. My doctor was extremely attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. She took time to explain and encourage all aspects of my evaluation.

Tiffany and Shannon were amazing during my appointment as well as extremely professional and personable. The office is in a clean, professional space with plenty of parking. I am in my mid 20s and currently experience tinnitus/hearing loss, and they made the experience extremely comforting and warm. I have recently been taking my elderly mother to the Bala Cynwyd office of Hearing Technology Associates. Her hearing has profoundly diminished and this deficiency has also, unfortunately, negatively affected her word recognition. Nonetheless, Dr. Nicole Steininger, Au. D.has been the most pleasant and competent audiologist in diligently working with my mom during her many appointments. She always seems to have a next plan of action in play! Dr. Steininger is always professional, yet very patient and very gentle. Shannon, who works at the front desk, is another terrific asset for the office. Her pleasant and efficient demeanor is apparent from the first interaction with her. I highly recommend this team for yourself or your loved one!
