Live Urgent Care reviews
17Live urgent care does not see patients related with auto accident. Better call in before driving in.
Amazing staff and customer service. Took care of my health care needs completely and efficiently. Definitely recommend.
The total experience was very positive. From the initial interaction with the receptionist to the final results.
I’ve been here twice! Dave and Megan are so incredibly kind! I got stitches today and I can honestly say, they made my bad situation rather pleasant!
The best hands-on experience I’ve ever had with an urgent care the staff the doctors everyone is so kind they take their time with you. Very appreciated if you guys!
Absolutely horrified with our experience here. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My grandfather “fractured” his ankle, or at least that’s what we were told. These “nurses” have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Sent him home in a boot, and a whole lot of pain. Next day, come to find out his bone is completely shattered, and almost piercing through his skin. We only found this out because one of our family members is a doctor and took a look at the X-Ray the next day after he was in immense pain. Doctor said if we waited any long, they would have had to amputate his leg. DO NOT go here. The people who “took care of him” should be fired. These are the people we call doctors and health care providers nowadays? They need to go back to school, or find a different profession. Go to a different urgent care if you need help, because clearly they’re clueless.
The urgent care at town center road, King of Prussia is very good because I used Sol online to make an appointment first but I was running late so I called the center to let them know. Amazingly they are very responsive and effective to schedule me another appointment and I also received the text reminder which is very helpful! The staff on desk, the doctor, and the technician did the sampling for lab test are very friendly, professional and on time! I really appreciate their timely help on my PCR testing required before my travel to China!
Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone! I was in and out within an hour.
Way better than ER, practical and cheaper.
They did a great job on my hand laceration
I have a recurring condition that is manageable with anti-inflammatories. Because of recent insurance issues, I'm currently without a PCP. I was hoping during a flare up to speak to a doctor, instead I was told to go visit an emergency room, and get an ultrasound. This has already been done, in addition to me already seeing specialists who advised against surgery and did advise management instead. But it didn't matter.
We just moved into town and found this place. Everyone is so nice and so helpful! Thank you for being Great!
They go above and beyond ️
Short wait time even with 3 patients ahead of me. Personable, friendly, thorough and provided a good explanation of everything including recommended medications.
Very quick and efficient. Office was clean and everyone was very helpful. Didn't feel rushed. Happy to have this urgent care close by!
Went for CDL recertification been driving for 22 years this by far the best experience ever Also very clean
Staff is friendly and quick
Also so layed back
Basically STRESS FREE
Thanks for the superb care
Great and fast experience! Staff is very courteous and attentive. Will definitely go back in the future.
Friendly people, clean place, quick service. It was mostly empty when we went on a Friday morning. My husband tested positive for strep and they suggested we test any small children in the house as well. We brought in our two year old and he tested positive as well. They called in the antibiotics and we picked it up, with time for lunch. The entire ordeal, including both tests, wait time, drive time, pharmacy pickup and lunch, took about 3 hours. We probably spent an hour total in the urgent care office.
If it's a busy time it might be worth making an appointment, but if it's urgent don't be afraid to walk in.
