Living Arts Tattoo reviews
15Second time getting tattooed by Marilyn and it was fantastic! She worked with me to get the stencil just right. Love the final piece and look forward to working with her again
Sister Saturday. Walked in on a Saturday for the 3 of us to get matching tattoos. Harry was our tattoo artist. He was extremely professional and very patient. We never felt rushed. He took the time to modify the design and allowed us time for modifications. Keep in mind there is a shop minimum and its cash only. Shop was very clean and they kept visitors within tattoo area to a minimum. We were all so happy with service and gladly recommend!
Ryan was awesome. He was so patient with me making adjustments to the design and was very personable.
Went here for my first tattoo and it was amazing! Service was very fast even though me and two of my friends came as walk-ins. We had Marilyn and she was so sweet and friendly! Made us all feel very comfortable:)
Mike did a script tattoo design on my ankle, and it came out beautifully. Very little pain or redness afterwards, too. I loved the laid-back and friendly vibe of the shop artists as well, and the work displayed on their flash sheets spanned every style and was all excellent. I’ll recommend them and be back for more ink myself in the future! Thanks, Mike.
Besides the gentleman who was working the front desk when we walked in, everyone else was very rude and not helpful. I’ve been to other shops before and they were much more engaging and accommodating. Thankfully, the tattoo itself was done great and wasn’t too expensive, which is the reason why I’m not giving this shop 1 star. If you’re looking for a good experience, go somewhere else or just go across the street.
Hey Owner, funny how you proved my point, I am a "legit" person, was a customer, and the only reason for the review was because of your poor customer service.
Just a great experience. Everyone is really friendly. Nick did both of my tattoos and he knocked it Out of the park with his designs and skills. He’s also easy to talk to.
I got my tattoo done by Nick at Living Arts - he had an incredible vision and executed that tat perfectly - I was particularly impressed with the line works and SHADING! I didn't have to break the bank either which was nice. I'm a very happy customer and I've already got another appointment booked!
Brian was referred to me by my brother. He had done an amazing piece (approx 40hrs) on my brother’s entire back and at first glance it was “cool. ” It was a genie and 2 chicks. Sounds pretty basic right? It’s maybe 10 years later and I still can find details I never saw before. I have 12-15 others pieces and a half sleeve so I have seen my share of artists and shops. The idea of a shop in New Hope seemed so overpriced and a butterfly on the back kind of place. I was usually at a convention or the diamond in the hood client lol. I can’t say enough about the relaxed, professional, well thought out experience. My idea was to get a star on each breast sort of burlesque type. Brian took the time to explain how it would not be what I wanted as real breasts are not symmetrical and a star is very definitive lines. After some brain storming and now many years later I have the most beautiful stargazer lilies that I wish I could show everyone. Mostly I appreciate the added beauty and selfishly keep them covered. Two trips, 9 plus hours, very reasonable price, over a decade, and still love his work. He also did a small but awesome cover up turning a strawberry (️ I was 15 and it seemed like a good idea) into two stemmed cherries that even a trained eye would not notice it as a cover up. Highly recommend the place and Brian!
Really awesome place to get tattooed. Marilyn & Ryan are super artists. Everyone else is too of course those are just the only ones that I’ve been too. Definitely book something!
Great artists at amazing prices. They created amazing works and made adjustments as per our wishes. They were amazing. Going back again soon.
I got my tattoo done by Marilyn. She did my brothers first tattoo a week ago and did my matching one yesterday. My wife got a spontaneous tattoo a few weeks ago as well by Marilyn, while she was in New Hope with family. I had a very bad experience with my first tattoo artist and it took me six years to consider getting a new one because I was so devastated. Marilyn made me feel comfortable. She is extremely pleasant and very professional. I’m pretty sure we switched around my stencil six times until I was happy with the location. I will never consider going to another artist besides Marilyn, for every one of the tattoos that I decide to get. She has a steady hand and makes great conversation- Living Arts is very lucky to have Marilyn, as she is fairly new to them.
Absolutely amazing! I got a beautiful tattoo from Marilyn. Everyone in the shop was nice as well. The only downside is lack of parking!
Absolutely amazing shop. I got tattooed by Marilyn 3 times now and every time the shop has a very welcoming environment and is beyond clean. Everyone is mad nice and it's a lovely area as well. Highly recommended for anything from simple stuff to intricate designs.
This was my 1st tattoo. Ryan was amazing.made me feel totally comfortable and gave me exactly what I wanted!
