We had a very good time here. The campground is well taken care of. The owner and family live on site and are very nice, even came to our site while having a campfire to see how are stay and site accommodations were. We stayed in site 8 which wasn't very shaded from any trees but gave us close access to the clean pool, playground and pavilion area which is nice with having children. We took a walk down to the creek and they had camp sites all along with premium sites that had decks which was really cool. There was even a cut out path in the grassy area along the creek to walk down and benches to sit on to enjoy the view and the sounds of the creek. Very nice area, recommended for sure, close to Lehighton/ Palmerton areas for local attractions as well as the Pa Turnpike.

Great little campground, had a great night here tent camping right by the clean creek. Everyone was super friendly, pool and playground were excellent. The bath houses were clean and upkept. Highly recommend for camper or tent sight.

Today I received a phone call back after leaving a message with the answering machine. I explained to guy on the phone at there office that me and couple friends would be coming in may and already knew they weren't taking reservations till this up coming Friday, but that I had a couple questions. I proceed to tell him there would be about 4 couples coming up and each couple would be getting there own camp site, and that one couple with two children would be staying in a cabin incase it was cold at night in the mountains still at that time in may because they had a younger baby coming with them. He told me the owners wouldn't want that many people coming because they are a small camp ground and like it quit. Im am totally dumb founded that someone who works for a company would not want to bring in several hundreds of dollars for there boss, I hope nobody has to ever be disrespected like this ever again.

This was my wife and it’s first trip here and first trip with our camper.

This campground is small but well kept. We had a beautiful site by the water which was really nice, the owners stopped by and chatted a bit. The bath houses were clean. All and all this was a great trip and we can’t wait to come back!

Best campground I've been to in the Schuylkill/Carbon area. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and the grounds are kept very well. The bathhouses could use some updating, but I'm sure its time is coming up. Seeing the horses riding through the campground is so serene. My family and I love this place.

Excellent experience! From the moment we showed up! Check in process was super informative. They got us to our site and backed in, in the dark. (Was super helptul). Constantly checked to see if we needed anything. Place was super clean! Looking forward to going back. Was close to Jim Thope we went bike riding on the trails. So much to do near by!

Update:
We have now stayed there 2x and we are going to regularly go every fall. Such wonderful people and a beautiful spot! Thank you for being so accommodating!

Wonderful campground. Small. Quiet. Love the creek. Going to be staying there for a second time. We will be making it a yearly tradition. I love the staff, always accommodating.

Stayed here years ago. Have friends who have seasonal sites. Too many restrictions. And dogs.

Bathroom are not open “due to covid “ really?
There is not mask mandate or policy anywhere but they use the excuse of covid to do not clean and offer bathroom services, in a state that do not believe in the pandemic, OPEN the bathrooms. My advise do not go there.

This place is great. I just got home today from our very first stay there. Booking with Molly was so easy and she was so helpful. When we got there the owner came and introduced herself which was so nice. The owners came around throughout the day/evening and checked in on everyone. They were always very helpful and made it a pleasure to stay. The campground is very clean. The pool and the playground are very well kept. The shower house is very clean and we saw them several times throughout the day cleaning them. This is going to be my new home away from home. We stayed in tents and it was very helpful to have them deliver firewood at a very low cost whenever you needed it. They brought it right to you. I highly recommend going! Also, A huge bonus is having very kind and welcoming seasonal campers.

My group stayed in a primitive cabin, but it was actually not that primitive. Electricity/tv/refrigerator. Everything you need! The owners were great, and it was really cool seeing the horses. We went tubing down the river that is 8 minutes away.

Visited 2020. Great small campground. Seems to be for mostly seasonal sites. Very accommodating. A lot of paperwork and signatures needed to stay there for a smaller campground more than any other place we had ever stayed but all in all we had a great time. Playground was on the newer side. Pool was nice. Just a few miles from glen onoko falls hiking trail and down town Jim Thorpe. Recommend site by the creek. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This place is so beautiful. Best Campgrounds I have ever seen. They guide you to the camp site and even help you park your camper.

Owners seemed nice but campground not adequately staffed to accommodate needs of guests. Very small campground with campers literally parked on top of one another. Camped 2 weekends in a row. First weekend owners complained of hearing our music at 4 in the afternoon. Following weekend came to remind of quiet hours yet no one was even being loud at all. I didn’t feel comfortable at all.
