Purchase some flooring also purchase one roll of underlayment that I did not use went to return it two days later and they're telling me it will take 5 to 6 weeks for a corporate check for $50 that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life I won't buy there anymore That's why you go to the big box stores this way you have a problem they take care of it immediately couldn't believe they didn't have $50 in the register to give to me

Love our new floors, very very happy with them. We would not hesitate to go anywhere else for excellent customer service and product. The installers were very professional and precise with cutting. They were on time, polite and clean. Again, we love them

Great store to get your flooring needs. Store personal has always been top notch! Very reliable, and some of the best flooring.

They came and measured my rooms. Then they delivered the flooring to my house. I waited 4 weeks for installation. The day before installation, they call and said they can't install my hardwood floors because I don't have climate control rooms and I should buy another product. I had to pay more than $600 for delivery and return. Horrible and unprofessional costumer service.

The corporation called me and apologized for my inconvenience and reimbursed me the return. I am pleased with their response. So I will give them 3 stars

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professionally dressed staff. Quality product for good prices. Well-lit, clean, spacious store with decent displays with prices. Good parking and pickup access.

Do not waste your time or money at the Tannersville LL Flooring. I have been to this store twice, the first time to pick flooring out, second time to actually place an order. The worst customer service, employees are rude and give questionable information. The floor I wanted to purchase was discontinued, the employee told me there was stock at another store which was quite a distance away. I asked how much it would cost to ship to the Tannersville location and he quoted me $800 on an order that was already $2600. When I questioned why it was so much to ship store to store, which is fairly standard with most companies his reply was that they don't do that? I called LL 1-800# and spoke to the greatest lady who got me the floor I needed shipped for 1/4 of the price. Makes you wonder what type of shady business Tannersville LL is trying to pull. I will never step foot in this location again, dishonest and rude. Don't waste your time or money I have had great experiences at other locations this one, never again

The Bartonsville PA store has the best and most knowledgeable people. They helped me put the whole thing together and at a great price

Customer service was excellent store display was easily to maneuver and pick out our color and style.

I must say Mike the store manager has been amazing from beginning to the end of my purchase aswell as the sales staff. The flooring quality is amazing and the price was even better.

Over priced for material and labor. Nothing here you cant get cheaper elsewhere. Maybe your can get a sales person to do more then point and say its over there. Got price he gave me wrong product and sq ft.
