Lounge always feels ransacked. Bartenders are always nice but they seem fatigued and worn down.

The ordering experience is time consuming and annoying because it’s 100% online and requires way too many steps/clicks. The food is just ok, not great, and if you really watch the kitchen staff it’s kind of gross actually - the people and the Cisco truck ingredients. The atmosphere looks cool and is pretty comfortable -except for the loud music and super cold AC.

Super cool concept. You scan a QR, order what you want, pay, and they bring it to you. Servers were super cool, and it was nice to see the cooks prepare my food. Big portions, which is clutch at an airport. Turkey Burger was good. Fries came out perfect and hot. Only thing I didn't like was that if you want another beer you gotta go back into the site and order. Can't start a tab. Had breakfast here the next morning. Omelette was good. Home/American fries need seasoning or something. I'll go back if I'm here.

While the food and drinks were excellent, having to order through the computer and put all your information in every time you want a refill or anything is less than satisfying. You can't have anything until you type everything into the computer, no human contact. It would keep me from going there again it's that bad

Pretty good for airport food! Good portion and great ambiance. It feels like a real restaurant.

I will never come here again they have an Asinine system where you have to order from your phone even if you're face-to-face with bartender. Everybody that works here hates it and I will choose a different restaurant next time because of this system

I don’t know how the food is because I was denied service after traveling all day with multiple delays. I was trying to order a burger when the cook came around the corner and said NO orders, we’re trying to get home. This is 2 secs after 3 others placed an order, mind you. I said ok, and started looking at the premade sandwiches when I heard the cook yell “that’s right, get yourself a cold sandwich with mayo” followed by cackling from the other employees. I’m not going to call it racism, but pretty odd that all of them are the same race (as well as the 3 that ordered before me) and I, being a different race was denied service AND laughed at. Sorry to the manager for the not so kind words I yelled at him, but not sorry for this honest review.

Good restaurant except for those useless fancy IPads they have just taking space into he tables. You cannot order food from those or paid. Pretty much is just a bar code, you need your phone to check the menu. No paper menus.

The nachos I had were not good, because the tortilla chips were stale. The cheese was not a regular cheese flavor. The fries were good and the Philly cheesesteak was good. The ranch was not good either, it tasted like Mayo mixed with sour cream.

Service sped was ok. Price was as an average sitting bar.

Over-complicated and weird tablet ordering system which works but seems like pointless overkill. Food is ok but pricey.

It was slow when I came in. I ordered a drink. Waited 10 min until someone approved me and asked what I needed. Then when I ordered food I watched my food sit in the window and die for well over 5 min waiting on fries (I clocked 5 min on stopwatch) as someone who has worked in the service industry your sandwich should never be waiting on fries especially when you’re paying airport prices.

I despise the ordering system. Why should I tip 20% to a food runner? That’s not service.
And they know it bc not one person greeted me as I looked for a table. And they weren’t busy at all.

My vegetable omelet was missing the pico and carrots promised by the menu (and had no salt/seasoning by the taste of it). Pretty sure the potatoes were plain, unseasoned, fried potatoes, too. Needing to add salt, pepper, hot sauce, and request ingredients from the bar staff is totally unacceptable for a breakfast plate that costs $20. I don't normally fuss, but the first two bites made me really, really sad.

Their tablets have perfected the art of never having to interact with anyone, which is nice for me, but I was sad for the lady that sat down next to me and didn't want to have to enter all of her information on this thing and just wanted some tea and toast and to pay cash. The bar staff was nice and helped her, but ordering in-person should be an option for people.

Drinks are insanely expensive ($14.5 for a shot of Tullamore Dew), and measured precisely.

You have to order from an iPad that then blasts you with adds while you eat. You can turn the iPod around, but no human service. It’s like paying for your food twice.once with the bill, once by forced advertisement exposure. Plus they default to an added tip. What… tip the iPad? Dumb.

Looked like a great place, but then.you have to go through super unhuman ordering process on a tablet, while barmans are standing still and not allowed to take order the old good human way.and then if you want to repeat you have to go through it all over again, on a tablet.filling name and typing credit card number.so i gave up

Whoever came up with that idea should be fired, tablets thrown away, and things will go back to normal immediately

My drink was fine, but this whole ordering from a little QR code ordering kiosk and not talking to a bar tender goes against most of the reason to visit a bar. I regret passing the lounges between terminal A-E without stopping.

This place is a joke. The food is decent, but the service is so off putting. It may as well be robots delivering your food and drinks. Sat at the bar, and apparently I am an idiot and cannot work the tablet to order my food. No server to talk to. Chickie and Pete's is a much better option, I definitely should have walked over. It would have been worth it. I will avoid Local Tavern PHL from this point forward. And the bloody mary was one of the worst I've ever had.

HORRIBLE ordering system. It crashes, is slow and VERY difficult to order. These automated iPad systems are ridiculous - you can’t tell what you want, you can’t ask questions and you have to put in your phone number. I’m sure some “genius” in corporate thinks this is a good idea (and they can cut staff costs) but it frustrates the customer - like me and others I spoke with and RUINS the dining experience

Tablet ordering and pedestrian food.feels like an upscale cafeteria next to the food court.one redeeming quality is solid beer tap list, but aggressively over priced
