Logan Hills Apartments

I’ve read some of the horror story reviews and am left asking if we are talking the same place. If you expect a free ride where you can do as you see fit and not have to abide by some basic regulations, you’ll have issues here. Name me one apartment out there that this doesn’t apply. Good luck. There’s certainly one I’ve ever known of and none in Altoona. The apartments are more than decently sized, the price even for market is as reasonable as reasonable gets and you aren’t saddled with a ton of utilities. Only one outside of your internet and cable (if you choose to get them) is electric. The staff is very accommodating. Be reasonable and don’t act entitled or have off the wall expectations you won’t get anywhere, they’ll more than willingly work as best as they can with you. All are polite too. Also, it’s a very welcoming neighborhood in a good location. Safety? I’m not sure where that issue came from, they have security on site, and your kids have to be supervised by an adult to go to the playground. Maintenance is quick to get things done too. They waste no time. As for litter and stuff laying around, if people are slobs, yes you’ll see stuff dumped but it doesn’t last. I’ve also yet to see any of the horrors some claim. Only thing I’ve seen is a few mice outside the apartment, by the wooded area. Guess what? You live by mountains. It’s going to happen. Logan Hills really isn’t as bad as people are making it out to be. Not even close. It’s like everywhere else, the place you live is what you make of it.

Residence isn’t terrible but it’s ran by absolute clowns who never lift a finger except to collect money
