I prefer the charm of the former, pre-renovated building but food is still good and convenient, good local option for relatives visiting for holidays to stay

I love the Logan inn. Started going to logan inn before the renovations, and it has a great old charm. They have left Dom of that and utilized many of the older structural features, while creating a beautiful space for weddings and events, or just a dinner out.

We stayed at the Logan Inn for a nice little getaway for me and my husband. The room was nice looking and big. I had a few issues with the room starting with the bed being uncomfortable as also were the couches. The shower was huge but we never got consistent warm water as it changed from warm to cold the entire time we showered. The coffee in the room which I expected to be free as ALL other places I have stayed at is not. It’s $5 per cup
Of coffee! The breakfast every morning was a complete joke! Cold coffee both mornings, no orange juice left and I never saw anyone refill anything. A few people did complain so I didn’t thinking they would take action and refill the items. Dinner was nice and the food was yummy. Overall it was a nice stay but I don’t think I would go back due to the coffee in the room not being free and the room itself not being cozy and warm.

Upscale American with lively bar and great energy. Very lovely decor and awesome exposed kitchen. Portions trend on the small side with moderately expensive menu. Food was memorable and expertly prepared. Busy place. Recommend a reservation.

We had a 2 night stay at Logan Inn and it was a huge disappointment. The only reason I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 star is because it is truly beautiful. However, for $350.00 per night I expect much more than that. There was no heat in the bathroom. With weather in the 30’s, the bathroom was beyond cold. I had to lay towels on the floor because you couldn’t walk on the tile floor with bare feet. There was also no hot water. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, we were told they would look into it. We were not contacted, it was not fixed, and we weren’t moved to a room that worked. In addition, there was no cable or satellite tv. It was all streaming, so if you don’t pay for streaming stations at home, you are stuck with Pluto that showed shows that were at 5 years old. We would never stay here again.

We will not go back. Here is what's good and what's realllllly bad. It is a VERY loud restaurant and very cold if you are not near the kitchen. Aesthetically it was appealing. The hostess and manager who greeted people during dinner were indeed the best part of the experience. The server, (Graham L), was terrible. He was dismissive, and arrogant, and was rarely around. Not a pleasant person. Perhaps unhappy he was serving on a holiday? The turkey (on Thanksgiving) tasted very good and was tender but not enough to feed a small child. A shared vegetable dish in the center of the table included a very small amount of mashed potatoes - When asked if we could have more, the server said "I'll check" and never returned. ($75.00 dinner) $256. (not including the tip) for 3 people which also did not include water. You have to pay for that - $7.00 a bottle and then they bring you another w/o asking, fill your glass, and charge another $7.00. If you order dessert - the apple tart w/ ice- cream is a glorified pop tart w/ a scoop of ice cream that was smaller than an egg. I mean that literally! If you have a fancy car and don't want someone else to drive it - they won't let you park in their lot.they told us to park between the dumpsters (!) which we did. Perhaps that was an indication of what was to come. Our table of 3 was next to the rest of our family, including 6 more people. Their bill was $765. None of us will go back. Very disappointing.

The food was ok but so expensive for what it is. They seated us in a completely empty restaurant directly next to a long table of over 24 people. It was so loud and echoey with the kitchen and the giant group of people right next to us. They didn’t have any “normal” standard cocktails or any coffee. We got a dessert that was “deconstructed cheese cake” and it was a bowl of whipped cream cheese with burnt graham cracker crumbs on top and looked like dirt. They’re trying way too hard and not hitting the mark.not worth the money.

So modern with many impressive nods to the history. Cannot get a more central location. It is the center of it all. Lovely people and lovely room.

I just moved back to bucolic Bucks County after living in NYC, London & Miami. This is such a beautiful space. The renovations are exquisitely done. Bravo

HOWEVER
This is my 3rd time here upon moving back.
I had FABULOUS service for dinner on the patio with my mother before the Kinky Boots show & the food & service were excellent.

Last 2 visits have fallen WAY short.there is something completely off with this bar staff… (I usually do not write bad reviews but I am here now, & am reminded of my last awful experience I had at this bar.)

there is no eye contact or mannerisms. I greet them like I am the one servicing them. They just drop a menu on the bar & walk away. (Btw I am one of 7 ppl at the bar when it holds 50 approx) I say “ Hiii how are you? There is no response? You are not even busy smh ‍️

I myself have worked as a bartender. Rolls Royce, Bentley events, etc.

Attention to detail & keeping it classy is.

If you are going to have a “upscale “ hotel, bar & restaurant, you need a staff that emulates those ethos.

Who is this hiring manager & who manages the staff? I challenge you

I understand that this inn gets a lot of tourists, but it would also be in their best interest to be kind to the locals.

In a world were influencers are all the rage, being kind to a local celebrity is incredibly genius. (I am influencing this Google listing but by no means I dub myself an influencer)

But this all goes back to human decency. (I miss London)

In a world where you can be anything, be kind. (Especially when the tip exceptionally well)

Again: Who is your hiring manger? We need to talk.

It's in the heart of town. The place has been redone and it's phenomenal. Very well put together. Excellent service and friendly people all over the place

We showed up for our first anniversary, and were promised we could sit outside. Even though this ended up not being what the restaurant was expecting, they were super accommodating, setting us up a table and heat lamps on the patio.

Beside going above and beyond for this, the service and food were top notch. We had lump crab salad, a tuna poke bowl, roasted beats, their burger, a brownie and apple tart. Not to mention, scotch, champagne, wine and cocktails.

The food and drink were superb, one of the best meals we had all year. I’d put this place in my top 10.

Bravo and thank you!

I had a quick dinner before a show in New Hope. There was a wedding going on while we were eating. The place was so noisy we couldn’t hear people sitting next to us. The place is very nicely decorated and it is obvious the ownership invested a lot in the remodeling. Unfortunately the meal was only fair. The menus suggest fine dining but I was disappointed. I don’t like giving less then very favorable reviews but this place missed the mark for me.
