Logan Square Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center reviews
12 I've been
at Logan Square for a few months and the staff was nice I would definitely recommend this center
Great pleasant reception and same demeanor from staff attending to my uncle in rehabilitation. Beautiful clean facility.
I have been her for almost 2 months and I can say everyone has been great to me and therapy has been wonderful
Just want to send a 5 star review to the great staff on the 5th floor at the Fountain View. They are exceptional at their job and made the transition to Personal Care easy. Thanks for everything!
I was looking for a senior living place, and Mathew Smith came thru with a place and the administration paperwork was on point. He should be commended and is a superb staff member. Thanks for his help.
I’ve been here since January and my stay here has been great. The nursing team has been great. Also therapy they are the heart of the facility. The truly care for each other patients. Sylvester the housekeeping director always goes out his way to help me and get me anything I need. Annette has been my nurse and she always so kind and caring. Things could be a little more timely but I do appreciate all that they do. Kareema is such a great aide to me and my roommate. I appreciate the whole team here at Logan Square Rehab. Rehab great CNA NOT SO GREAT
Knowledgeable and patient rehab staff, excellent services from rehab. Nursing staff have improved since first admission from March.
My dad moved here last month from another rehab/nursing facility and this is night and day. The staff is incredible. Dean in PT is so wonderful. Raina and the entire activities team goes above and beyond to ensure the patients are engaged. The patient to staff ratio is high and the rooms are well maintained. We’ve had a great experience so far.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
Do not be fooled by the beautiful website and pleasant demeanor of the Admission team. If you're looking for a safe place for your loved one to recover. AVOID THIS PLACE! There is a clear difference in the way you are treated and the quality of care you recieve if you're going to live in the Senior Living vs being a guest of the Rehab/ long-term care Facility. If you or your loved one require the latter, I implore to continue your search elsewhere.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. In less than 24hrs my loved one was the recipient of neglect, verbal abuse, and hostility. My loved one was robbed of his abilty to eat, and denied his most basic righs. I tried to contact a person with authority, to no avail, and had to resort to going to the Pennsylvania department of health.
I will be removing my family member IMMEDIATELY.
Dayna Glantz compassionate working with seniors at Ocenview Senior Living Community. Her approach to provide educational resource and guidance is why she is asset to the residents and the Community. Ocenview Senior Living Community is dedicated to providing quality care for senior citizens who wish to live independently. This means that residents are able to stay in their homes while receiving the help they need. This is accomplished by having staff members who are trained to provide assistance to those who are aging.
Logan square rehab therapist work really hard with, James and Adam are my current therapist and they have really helped me progress in my stay. Tamika was my nurse and she's very nice and always checks on me. Salvia and Kareema are the best aids I had here. Even when not assigned to me they always seem to check on me. Housekeeping is always in my room cleaning when need. My mother was here 12 years ago and I never had any problems during here stay and since that experience I would always recommend anyone I know or myself to admit here for rehab.
