The hostess was very welcoming she was very hands on if you needed something such as after my brother and I were seated but he didn't feel comfortable with our table she quickly gave us another table that wasn't ready wiped it down with no problem and me being a germ phobic pointing me to the hand sanitizer because I have to have my hands clean when entering establishment the hostess went beyond for my brother and I Our waiter was awesome he earned his tip if I'd had of remembered on Our way out of Longhorn I should have tipped the hostess also for being so kind the food was good the steak the salad was amazing everything was amazing atmosphere was clean they take social distancing very seriously in there it's just if you order that peach tea make sure it tastes like it i told our waiter I know my flavors of tea homemade ice tea Oh I'd suggest calling ahead sometimes it can be a long wait to get seated

Placed online order it 11: 15 am for a 12: 25 pick up. Get a message back that time was changed to 1: 20 pm because"so items ordered take more time"! Really!
Got to restaurant in time. Went into restaurant; no food. Received text message at 1: 25 asked for curbside parking slot. At 1: 30 no one has delivered food. Went back inside. My order is just sitting there. No one available. Few minutes later guy walks up with someone else's order. I ask why my food is just sitting there. His response: oh we not doing curbside right now. REALLY! How are the customers supposed to know? Unacceptable

Sat down at table waited one hour for my food. When I got my food it was not correct had to send it back to the kitchen.

I ordered a Outlaw Ribeye, medium well (some pink in the middle). What I received was burnt, over cooked steak that was torn. I will not be going back to 555 City Avenue, Bala Cynwyd 19004.

Longhorne is usually pretty good with everything; I'm giving 4 stars. I've eaten here about 10 times.so yes I'd recommend to come back.

Today I'm sitting outside for an hour and 20 minutes wait time for a party of 2. Ill update my rating once finished today's meal. Apparently there is a shortage on servers.

Update: food still good.been here twice since my last review, still long wait, still staff shortage.

Unfortunately, the babyback ribs were tough. Two of our dinners were cold and had to be returned. It was brought back cold again. I was surprised.

Horrible service food was very salty the mangers was no where to be found I guess the employees was running the show. Thanks for ruining my mom birthday

Great place for a decent steak! My food is always hot and ready when I order from the to-go menu. Great atmosphere inside with excellent bar service and friendly staff. It hasn't been crowded any of the times I've been there, but there may be a short wait for socially distant seating.

DO NOT go here the service was mediocre. The waitress stated to our party that's she would take good care of us & she expected us to return the favor. The audacity of the waitress. The best thing we had was the appetizers, beverages & drinks. A couple of our steaks were over cooked, burnt & not the size requested. One was under cooked as requested & the bourbon sauce on the salmon ordered was not a glaze but seasonings with butter & gritty. We repeatedly had to ask for utensils, side orders were missing from our meals. Our waitress was training a waiter & that really didn't go well either. Me personally got sick from my meal. I will not be going back to this particular location.

While the food and drinks were delicious, the wait staff was horrible. The rime spent waiting 2 have the food was undesirable and often the waitress would forget the things requested. Would hesitate going again.

Was the worse experience ever. We waited 27 minutes after being seated for the waiter to take our order. I ordered NY strip cooked medium. They bring me a steak dryer than a rotted boot sole with cold rice and broccoli. I returned the steak and ended up waiting 21 minutes for a replacement, meanwhile I was forced to just have cold rice and broccoli for dinner. I ended up having my steak to go because A complete waste.

Get the Longhorn or the Outlaw.
Service was good. They have good social distancing and sterilization after each party leaves.

No free masks? Poor management, buy 3,000 of them at Amazon for $50. Hand em out for free, retain more of your customers. Especially during the times of COVID.

They are really great with their social distancing guidelines. They really make sure the restaurant is not over capacity guidelines. I love that! Our server was very bubbly and hospitable. My brewed strawberry iced tea was great! My steak, asparagus and potato was perfect! It always is, everytime, I dine there in Bala Cynwyd.

I just want to share something with the restaurant management. Me and my husband went to lunch 1/28/21 and I witnessed two guest that were blind. You did not have menus in Braille. Although the waiter was very patient and accommodating, it would be considered to comply with ADA standards.

I ordered a 10 oz sirloin steak cooked medium, baked mac and cheese, a stuffed fully loaded potatoe, and a lobster tail on the side. Mac and cheese was creamy and unbelievably delicious! Steak was cooked exactly how l wanted it, medium not over done or undercooked.
I always love a good steak and seafood combo so that lobster tail had a side of premium butter to go with it. And that butter made it savory. The lobster tail was not overcooked. I must say, Longhorne have me hooked

We went for a late lunch on a Saturday. They start serving from 11 am. Due to 50% indoor eating limits currently they are really busy with a wait time of 30-50minutes depending upon the day and the time of the day. We went there around 2.30pm and waited for 40 minutes. You have to go inside to reserve your place and then wait outside to get called. The ambiance was really good and the food was awesome except for the rice pilaf side dish. It was cold and just bad. Also the soups and special sides do not come with the entrée so be careful when you order.

Food was great. Hostess was a bit rude. I wish she would have explained the entire process for the wait list. With that said, she may have been over whelmed with all the people trying to get a meal. The waiter was awesome.

We have never had such a poor experience at one of our favorite chain steak restaurants! We were greeted at the host stand with a with a wait time of 35-45 minutes. We asked to sit at the bar- not allowed. We sat in the unchained waiting area and were told to wait outside in 20 degree weather at nearly 10pm. Several others came in and were seated as we waited, at a no reservation site. We will never visit that location again!

Service real slow. Manager asked me an my party to leave because we where there over a hour. When we was half way threw our meal. I will never go back again!
