LongHorn Steakhouse, Lancaster PA

A bit more pricey than other restaurants, but worth it. The steaks are seasoned amazingly well and the ribeye was super tender. The side of fries was small, but I upgraded my side salad to a strawberry pecan and boy are their specialty salads nice. Kids menu was okay, fresh fruit was just a cut up orange, would have preferred a mix of fruits.

I'm tired of app saying no wait all the time at Longhorn and it says to join the waitlist but it won't let you to register. Then you call and there is a 30 min wait, they won't help you, app doesn't work, they say come over and join the list. Went to Texas Roadhouse. Bad players should never be encouraged Nor Disingenuous companies.just called, they said they could not do anything about it. I have 38+ years with Software Engineers, there are good ones and bad ones. It's not the software it's the programmers, if they cannot have the right wait times displayed? Fire them and hire competent Programers, stop waisting customers time by waiting for a half hour more do that you can steal away a customer from Applebees or Texas Roadhouse, rather than say no wait, and really it's 30-45 minutes wait. Do you think we are idiots? Get a clue or you will have your locations shut down because of a We Don't Care attitude.

I love this restaurant but tonight was the worst experience I've ever had with their wait staff. Her name was Naomi. Ugh where donI even start.she was let's say very unfriendly, uncaring and didn't seem to even care about her job. She didn't check on us, didn't bring anything we needed. We had to have the manager come to our table twice. The first manager was a female and she was hardly any better. The male manager that came out next brought us the things we needed that she didn't bring us. She never said thank you and any kind words. Let's just say I doubt I'll be going back very very poor management all around. This was the one on Lincoln Hwy in Lancaster.

The online waiting list isn't accurate. Was trying to get on the online wait list and it said there's no wait to come in n there was no other options to get on it anyways. Got there within 5min n the hostess told us it's 45-50min wait

Excellent dinner. Staff was cordial and everything was served hot and correctly. Pricing was better than we expected and we left full. Didn't even have room for dessert. Extremely clean and nicely decorated. Perfect place to go after the theater which is right down the road.

Got chewed out by a waitress for correcting her because she put a plate at the wrong person. Absolutely nasty attitude. If I was her boss I would definitely fire her on the spot. Food was decent tho.

Bad experience, new staff not trained right, no gloves rolling sliver ware, the G M or the manager need to get out of offices, walk and talk to customers, get feed back.

Food was good and the steak done as requested. Had a wait approximately 35 minutes. Had a drink the bar and time went quickly. Servers were very busy but did a good job.

We were given a gift card for Longhorn Steakhouse so we tried them out for the first time. Had a steak, salad and rice. The steak was the best I’ve had in a long time. I’ll no doubt try their steaks again. The steak could have been done a little more. I thought it was a little pink for being well done but it was palatable and delicious. I also liked their decor. The biggest thing I don’t like is that it’s also and alcohol joint. I wouldn’t really like to go there if I had my children along. Other than that it was great.

We enjoyed this place. We had the filet and chicken tenders. Both were not bad. Service was great. Prices were average. I would recommend this place.

Food was good, as was the service. The wait was a bit long, and think the prices are a tad high, but overall, it was a good dining experience.

First time eating at Longhorn Steak House. My family waitress was great. She (Tess) was well experienced. She was polite and courteous. She had a great knowledge of the menu. She made excellent recommendations to us. The steaks were cooked to order. The food was very tasty. The only recommendation I have is to have more choices for salad dressings (possibly a Italian option). The experience was pleasant for my family. Plus you could have more choices for desserts. We were told that their was only two desserts choice.

Called to place a to go order someone pickup the phone and hung up! This was the second day that I tried to place a to go order and all I can say is they at least pick up the phone this time, I hope restaurant gets the people they need to provide the service that's need soon.

Our waitress was really nice, the restaurant was very clean and not over crowded. Would recommend the rib eye and the garlic shrimp, nom nom nom.

Waited almost an hour after our seats were mistakenly given to the wrong party twice. The manager Bethany Johnson was very condescending and rude. We love longhorns but the management is lacking compassion and basic communication skills. Will not be ever coming back to this location.

Our waitress, Naomi, seemed to be having a bad night as she wasn’t the most friendly. Now she was polite and efficient, but just not overly welcoming. Our food was prompt! It was delicious too. Steak sandwich and sweet potato were great.

Absolutely the worst service. They never cleared our appetizer plates or our first round of drinks. Pictures for proof! The server never came and asked if our steaks were correct. Had to chase down a hostesses to get our check and to go boxes. The bartender plays waitress and ruins OUR experience. NeVER again! This was the last straw. TEXAS Roadhouse is across the street and next time I'll wait the 40 min on a Thursday.

Got shorted on my ribeye. It was barely bigger than my wife's 6oz fillet wich was served to her all but raw. They changed there steak seasoning and it is not as good as it used to be. Wait staff were ok but that's it. Wont be back.

Great ribs with french fries and chared brussel sprouts.loved the quick service. I would highly recommend having a meal there!
